Propsal for an Improvement of Customer Satisfaction

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of customer satisfaction with services of providing internet access of Infos Art s.r.o. in Prostějov. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part of the thesis is focused on a theoretical basis. The second part of the thesis includes analysis of the company and then customer satisfaction survey. The last part of this thesis includes proposals to improve customer satisfaction.
Ambivalent sexism theory and techniques of its detection

This diploma thesis is dealing with the theory of ambivalent sexism and the technique of how to measure it. The main goal of the thesis is the conversion and validation of the 22 - item Ambivalent Sexism Inventory toward Women (ASI, Glick & Fiske, 1996) and through this inventory, the validity of the ambivalent sexism theory, from which the inventory stems from, on the Czech population. The thesis is therefore primarily focused on psychometric quality of the presented items and on the structure mapping of factors of the ASI in Czech setting. Secondarily it describes what the ASI says about Czech society. The conversion and validation of the ASI was made on a representative sample numbering 120 respondents in line with selection quotas. For the measurement of psychometric quality of the questions asked in the ASI, Cronbach's alfa was used as well as discriminability, skewness and kurtosis. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were used for working with the factors and structure of the ASI. As for determining the content validity of the ASI, scenarios evaluated through Spearman's correlation coefficient with the included items, were employed. Dissections used as a teaching method in biological education on secondary schools - attitudes of pupils and teachers

This diploma thesis investigates attitudes of students and teachers of secondary schools (gymnasia) towards the use of dissections into educational process. Questionnaire survey is a part of the research, by which opinions about animal dissections are examined in terms of a particular interest in dissections, of general interest in natural sciences, disgust towards the peculiar facts and situations taking place during dissections and finally in terms of ethical standpoint of all respondents. Statistic processing of results examined relations between all presented aspects and between gender, age, school grade and targeting of studies, experience with dissections and interest of all teachers themselves. At the beginning of the inquiry the following research questions were stated: 1. Are attitudes of students towards dissections during the lessons of biology different between genders? 2. Are those attitudes affected by factors such as subject preference, targeted field of study, own experience with dissections, favoured method of teaching anatomy or owning a pet? 3. Children's motor skills in track and field (children 6 - 9 year)

Titule: Children's motor skills in track and field (children 6-9 years) Student: Jana Javůrková Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims: One of the objectives of this work was the determination of the physical readiness and motion level of primary school children with the aid of five purposely selected motor tests. The research was conducted among the group of children of athletic prep. The results were compared with tabulated values in literature. Simultaneously was monitored the relationship between performances and measured body weight and hight of monitored children. Using the questionnaire were recorded the attitudes of children to sport, to other physical activities and last but not least, athletic disciplines from the point of view of popularity. Methodology: For the purpose of this thesis was evaluated a total of n = 28 children of primary school age, which were divided into two groups according to age, 6-7 years old (year of birth 2006-2005) and 8-9 years (year of birth 2004-2003). Analysis of Pardubice micro-region's transport service

Diploma thesis provides a comprehensive viewpoint at transport services in the Pardubice region, both in terms of public transport supply and demand from people at it. One of the key objectives of this work is to find the influence of characteristics on the selection of mode of transport used by the people to get to work and school at the municipal level. In addition to analysis based on secondary data there is a part of this thesis, which evaluates questionnaire study, particularly in relation to the previous analysis. This comparison of two views, first based on objective statistics data and second based on the subjective view of the reference population of the region, is one of the main values of this study.

Corruption in Czech Republic (Years 2000-2015)

This bachelor's thesis deals with corruption, more specifically corruption in Czech Republic in years 2000-2015. It explores the Corruption Perceptions Index in Czech Republic, Italy and Dennmark and it checks whether or not czech citizens have personal experience with corruption based on authors own empirical research. In the theoretical part, author explores the causes and the consequences of corruption and also discusses the economical terms connected with corruption and organizations that are dealing with corruption. In the practical part, methods of measuring corruption are presented and the author of this paper brings out, that it would be suitable to create combination of these methods (which for example organization Transparency International uses) to make them more accurate. In the second part, the empirical research is analyzed. This research has revealed that most of czech citizens are considering corruption in Czech Republic as an actual problem and this opinion is highly influenced by media. Despite expectations, it was revealed, that almost half of respondents have experienced corruption in one way or another.
The influence of an advert on teenagers´development

The thesis is mainly theoretic-empiric. It deals with influence of an advert on pupils at secondary schools. The theoretic part deals with basic summary of key topics of adverts based on literature. There is also a part of teenagers´developing aspects. In the practical part the exploration is based on a questionaire which investigates manners and attitudes of pupils in relation to an advert.
