This thesis is focusing on the imperfect market and its parts. Specifically on the monopoly, oligopoly and monopolistic competition. The thesis will analyze the pricing method of a particular subject on the market and subsequently use the gained knowledge. The result will be a creation of my own proposal to achieve higher sales.

This thesis deals with an optimal strategy choice of a company. The issues of products and services, marketing and mainly strategic management with emphasis on optimal strategy choice of a company are described in theoretical part. There are introduced fundamental methods of internal and external strategic analysis. With use of mentioned facts a program for support of strategic management is proposed. This program is aiming to make well structured and quantifiable methods of strategic analysis easier and more clear, based on which it is possible to define and choose an optimal strategy of a company.
The Price Difference Between a Cottage and a Holiday House of the Same Size in the Moravian-Silesian Region

The master´s thesis deals with definition of basic terms and selected methods of pricing. Is also defines buildings for family vacation purposes. The main part of the thesis concentrates on description of selected buildings for individual vacation and their setting in built-up and unbuilt areas in three locations of Moravian-Silesian Region. The individual locations are described and their values are set. Then follow comparison and evaluation of the pricing results.
Property valuation for mortgage loans in the Czech Republic

The subject of this bachelor's thesis focuses on an assets valuation, especially on residential real estate for banking purposes. The thesis is devided into two parts. The first part explains the theoretical concepts which are closely linked to an asset's evaluation, while the second part focuses on the practical areas which presents an expert opinion based on comparative methods when the price of a specific property is determined.
The influence of green roofs on the price of the building

This thesis is focused on the effect of green roofs and their impact on the final cost of a family house. First part of the thesis decribes different types of roofs, with a special emphasis on green roofs (including their types, layers, properties). Second part involves multiple types of pricing (house, roofs) and calculations of volumes of buildings. Final part discusses the prices of green roofs and their share in the price of the whole building. Creation of budgets is one of the most precise pricing strategies in civil engineering. Proper estimation of the budget of green roofs therefore played a vital role in developing results section of this bachelor thesis. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the increase in price caused by this eco friendly contruction.

The thesis works with the land as agricultural land, land designed for construction according to the territorial planning and building land.
The Influence of Structural Modifications on the Price of a Multipurpose Building

The aim of the dissertation is to evaluate the effect of the building modifications on the usual and determined price of the multipurpose building. The pricing will be made before building modifications to 2016 and after construction adjustments to 2017. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is a description of the concepts and valuation methods used in the diploma thesis. In the practical part is made description of the site and immovables before and after the building modifications. Subsequently the calculation is performed using valuation methods. At the end of the thesis, a comparison is made between the usual and determined prices of real estate and the evaluation of the factors influencing the prices.
Pricing of engineering activities in construction

The work is focused on setting the prices of engineering activities. In the individual chapters, I discussed the division of engineering activities. I defined individual activities. I explained what project management of buildings is, and I analysed the various forms of projects. I defined the participants in the construction process and the relationships between them. I also focused of choosing the right supplier. Finally, I explained the concept of price, divided in into different types, and compared pricing methodologies. The output of the work is the determination of the price of engineering activities based on the method of recommended minimum and maximum prices.

The bachelor´s thesis goal is to find actual trends in low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Also define main concepts of low-energy construction, technical properties of these objects, methods of designing, legislational elements and new findings. Practical´s part main task is to compile statistical data on low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Aditionally calculate the price indicators and possible payback of low-energy houses.
