Bakalářská práce má z úkol zjistit aktuální trendy ve výstavbě nízkoenergetických budov v České republice a zahraničí. Zároveň definovat základní pojmy nízkoenergetické výstavby, technické vlastnosti těchto objektů, způsoby jejich navrhování spolu s legislativou, dotacemi a aktuálními poznatky z oboru. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na zpracovávání statistických údajů o výstavbě v ČR a zahraničí. Závěrem je proveden výpočet technicko hospodářských ukazatelů s ohledem na návratnost investice. The bachelor´s thesis goal is to find actual trends in low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Also define main concepts of low-energy construction, technical properties of these objects, methods of designing, legislational elements and new findings. Practical´s part main task is to compile statistical data on low-energy construction in the Czech republic and abroad. Aditionally calculate the price indicators and possible payback of low-energy houses.
