The profession of a teaching assistant at a primary school from his own perspective

The rigorous work of the profession of teaching assistant at primary school in its own perspective, is based on the diploma thesis, where the profession of teaching assistant was of interest. She discussed pedagogical assistants in terms of motivation, which led the actors to perform the profession, in terms of demands on this profession, cooperation with teachers, students and their parents. The work also examined the position / role of teaching assistants in the school and looks at the self-perception of the actors themselves. Rigorous work is largely built on this basis. The work is divided into two parts, ie the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, the reader is first acquainted with the trend of inclusive education, the division of pupils with special educational needs and the establishment of support measures, which include, among other things, the profession of teaching assistant. Emphasis is also placed on legislation and legislative changes to Decree 27/2016 Coll., Which are valid from the beginning of 2020. The bachelor thesis deals with the development of the status of women in Iran and Saudi Arabia. The work familiarises readers with the historical background and the position of women during the Arab Spring. The role of women in family life, women's movements and feminism are analysed. Furthermore, the most recent cases related to women's rights are presented. In addition, Muslim women in Europe are characterized, follow the possible development of women's status in Iran and Saudi Arabia.
Status of professional sportsmen and referees from the perspective of personal income tax

The thesis deals with the issue of legal status of professional sportsmen performing collective sports and professional referees active in collective sports from the perspective of personal income tax. This issue is now vividly discussed in relation with a recent judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court from 17th July 2017, case no. 6 Afs 278/2016. The objective of this thesis is to analyse the potential status of a professional sportsman and a referee and subsequently, depending on this status, analyse opportunities of taxation of their incomes according to the relevant national legislation and the Supreme Administrative Court's case law. The key question is whether the sportsman and referee should be regarded as an employee in accordance with the Income Tax Act or as a self - employed person. Partial objective of the thesis is to assess whether current practice in the Czech Republic corresponds with the legislation or as the case may be suggest an acceptable solution which would reflect the needs of professional sport with respect to the current circumstances in the Czech sports. The thesis analyses the position of women in society according to their culture background. This thesis deals with culture difference with respect to women roles focusing on their position in business. In the theoretical part will be analyzed roles of females from the historical perspective and nowadays situation. Further, there is compared attitude to women in two different cultures: focusing on Tatars and Russians. The practical part tests the theoretical knowledge on the culture differences. With the help of qualitative research and its following analysis, it is possible to examine if ethnic diversity influences population.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the position of Brazil in the global oil market. The first chapter is focused on the basic characteristics of oil and trading with it. The second chapter deals with the current situation on the global oil market and clarifies the current development of its basic indicators. The third chapter deals with the change in Brazil's position on the global market, the impact of the oil industry on the domestic economy and the analysis of the current state of the Brazilian oil market.
Women's Integration into the Physical Education Organization Sokol

This thesis Women's Integration into the Physical Education Organization Sokol discusses the integration of women into organization Sokol, which was in the Czech lands first organization in which there was regular exercise. The aim is to give a clear historical perspective on the integration of women into Sokol. The thesis builds on the symbolic interpretation of the role of men and women based on the book by Pierre Bourdieu Domination of men in which Bourdieu argues that the inclusion of women in society is the result of a symbolic perception of the whole reality in which women have lower status than men. Further disclosed herein is the development of physical activities, games and ritualistic ceremonies. The development of the physical activity is related to the overall perception of physicality and culture itself, through which people became more interested in their body. The development of the physical education and formation Sokol had a great influence on the formation of the first women's gymnastic club of ladies and girls of Prague, which allowed women to enter the Sokol a chance to do the same physical activities as men. The Speaker of The House of Commons

Bachelor thesis "Speaker of the House of Commons" is developed as a case study of the important actor of the British political system and the highest authority of the UK's parliament - the Speaker of the House of Commons. In descriptive terms, the thesis is focused on speaker's competences and duties as well as on explanation of many specific aspects like speaker's impartiality. Impacts of reforms and historical precedents on a contemporary set-up of the speakership are examined in analytic terms. The work is extensive focused on speaker's election which is deeply connected with tradition and common law. The thesis continuously refers to empirical reality in order to explain how general rules are applied in practice. Last but not least, the work examined a collision between the office of MP (Member of the Parliament) and the office of the Speaker. The thesis is also focused on whether the Speaker can be recalled and what is speaker's political activity after leaving office. Due to lack of publications that comprehensively refer to this topic (not to mention Czech literature), fundamental aim of the bachelor thesis is to explain who the Speaker is.
Serbian minority in Croatia: Development of the Legal Status During the Integration to the European Union, 2000-2011

This bachelor thesis concerns with the development of the legal status of the Serbian minority in Croatia during the period of the integration of Croatia to the European union in years 2000- 2011. This thesis uses the historical approach to research the attitude of Croatian governments towards Serbs. The research of this attitude is based on enacted laws connected to national minorities, the implementation of guaranteed rights and the willingness of ruling politicians to maintain interests of the Serbian minority. These mentioned points belong to domestic political affairs, however the position of the national minorities was significantly affected by the EU because of an ambition of every single government to join the union. Since the year 2000 the legal position of Serbs has improved in comparison to 90's when anti-Serbian mood, which was fostered by the governing Croatian democratic community, was spread through whole Croatian society. Significant part of the Serbian issue represents property rights of refugees who left the country during a war in 90's. The normalization of Serbian position formally ended in 2011 when Croatia fulfilled all EU conditions liked to the protection of national minorities and finished accession talks. The main objective of this thesis was to investigate the relationship that the seniors have to the modern technologies, such as cell phones, computers and credit cards. The thesis and the research was approached with the aspect that these are the seniors who live in a retirement home. In recent years the issue of quality of life of seniors is becoming increasingly hot topic and work with a cell phone, a computer and the Internet can very significantly affect the lives of seniors.
