Leisure time activities of younger school age children of selected elementary school

The topic of this diploma thesis is spending leisure time of younger school-aged children. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with children's leisure time and pedagogical influence on their leisure time, hobby educational facilities, socialization, leisure games and school after class. Also with prevention od risky behaviour in leisure time. The recent closure of schools due to the covid-19 pandemic is also mentioned. The main goal od the thesis is to find out how children of younger school-age of the selected primary school spend their leisure time. Another goals are to find out which hobby groups do children attend and if they attend a school after class. Also, how children dealt with the closure of schools. The research tool is a structured questionnaire. The practical part of thesis describes and evaluates the research on spending leisure time of younger school-aged children of selected primary school in Prague. A description of the school, respondents and course of the resarch is also included there. Then the answers to the individual questions of the questionnaire are evalutaded. Innovations in the management of non-formal education

This final thesis deals with innovations in the management of informal education. The main objective is to highlight the importance of innovations in informal and leisure education, and bring inspiration to the managers of informal and leisure education in the form of examples of good practice. In the theoretical part informal and interest education is incorporated into the overall educational system of the Czech Republic and its development is illustrated on the laws and decrees from 1948 to present. The research in the form of structured interview with respondents revealed their view on innovations in leisure education and showed their experience with the introduction of innovations in their own organizations. The process and the conclusions of structured interviews clearly highlighted the need for innovation in informal and leisure education for the competitiveness of informal education organizations. The executives of school facilities for leisure education as well as organizations of informal education can hereby find inspiration for each specific innovation in the examples of good practice.
Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth

The goal of the thesis "Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth" is to analyze leisure time teacher profession in terms of job satisfaction. It tries to find out what aspects of job satisfaction are considered to be the most important by the teachers, and how they are reflected to the satisfaction with current situation. Additionally, the thesis designes solutions in those areas where (based on the research) the leisure time teachers see the biggest difference between an importance and a satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with defining of the terms houses for children and youth, leisure time teachers, leisure education, theory of job satisfaction and factors of job satisfaction. The practical part is based on the research, carried out in the form of a questionnaire based on four determined hypotheses. The conclusion of the work proposes solution.

This final thesis deals with innovations in the management of informal education. The main goal of this work is to determine the extent to which the executives of leisure education organizations recognize the need for innovations in different areas of the organization, to compare the extent and content of specific innovations in selected organizations and explore in which areas and based on which stimuli the innovations in these organizations arise. The obtained information is useful for efficient preparation of further training of organization executives and described examples of good practice as an inspiration to improve the performance of leisure and informal education organizations. The theoretical part incorporates leisure and informal education into the overall education system of the Czech Republic and its development is illustrated on the laws and decrees from 1948 to present. Research in the form of structured interview reveals the respondents view on innovations in leisure education and shows the respondents experience with the introduction of innovations in their own organizations. The conclusions of this research clearly show the need for innovation in informal and leisure education for the competitiveness of individual organizations.
