Strategy and strategic analysis of small business

The diploma thesis deals with proposing a new suitable strategy for the selected company. For this purpose, methods of strategic analysis are used. On the basis of the analyzes carried out, the company's strengths and weaknesses, possible threats and opportunities are identified. The thesis is divided into two main parts, namely the theoretical-methodological part and the practical part. In the first part are theoretically explained the basic concepts of strategic management. The practical part analyzes the external and internal environment of the selected company. Outputs of the analyzes are the basis for formulating an appropriate strategy for the future development of the company.
Strategy of an Enterprise

The aim of this thesis is to conduct strategic analysis for YORK, spol. s .r. o., specifically an external and an internal analysis. Based on these analyzes, the author suggested the strategy for the chosen company and recommended the future developement. The diploma thesis is divided into the theoretical, methodological and application part. The first part of the thesis explains the basic strategic concepts first. After that, the analyzes for the external and internal environment of the company and the methodology for creating the strategy are characterized. As for the methodology of the thesis, there is described, with what methods for analysis and data collecting the author came to the conclusion. Then the application section follows, which starts with the characteristic of the analyzed company. The external and internal analysis is applied on the company YORK, spol. s r.o. These analyzes define opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. These factors are then processed in a SWOT analysis which synthesizes the acquired findings from the mentioned analyzes above. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy and recommendations for YORK, spol. s r. o. are formulated.
Analysis of the enterprise information system in the selected company

The theme of this diploma thesis is an analysis of an enterprise information system in the selected company, middle sized company operating in the construction industry. The work is divided into two separate units. First one - the theoretical part contains the main concepts and issues that are subsequently elaborated in the practical part. Individual chap-ters of the theoretical part of the thesis contain the definition of information system, intro-duces basic concepts in this area, enterprise information systems and related processes and also strategic management of information processes. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the selected company. The goal and output of the practical part are the analyzes of information strategy and current state of the information system of the selected company and its evaluation.

The aim of this thesis was provision of authoritative document on which the company could comprehensively evaluate a given business opportunity and decide on its acceptance or rejection, or basis for further analysis. For this purpose I created a business plan according to current recommendations. In selected organizations I prepared analysis of internal and external environment to get the information necessary for the decision.
Strategic analysis of a company RIO Media a.s.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to undertake a strategic analysis of the company RIO Media, a.s. The analysis is performed for the period of 2011-2015 with regard to other periods, where it is beneficial. The analysis is done through external analysis, enriched with internal inputs. The analysis is divided into two main sections. First is dealing with theoretical and methodological approaches, which explain the various terms used, methods and their application form. Second part is practical, which builds on the previous section and uses these methods in practice. It also analyzes current trends and significant outputs are processed partly in the SWOT analysis and fully processed at the conclusion. The benefit of this work is to determine the company's position within the industry and to form recommendations for further improvement in this position.

Předložená diplomová práce „Návrh rozvoje internacionalizační strategie společnosti Heinrich Huhn na mexickém trhu” je založená na identifikaci kritických faktorů ovlyvňujících volbu konkrétní mezinárodní formy vstupu. Teoretická čásť je zaměřená na otázku globalizace a internacionalizace, její strategie a forem vstupu. Analytická čásť zahrnuje analýzu interního podnikatelského prostředí firmy Heirich Huhn, přehled odvětví, analýzu externího mexického prostředí, které sú následně shrnuty v analýze SWOT. Poslední čásť nabízí návrhy a doporučení založená na konsolidaci předložených analýz.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction with the product. This work defines the theoretical backgroung and issues related to customer satisfaction. The basic methods and processes for analysis of the marketing environment and the isssue of a questionnaire survey. Theoretical solutions are applied to a specific product, running shoes of the company adidas. The questionnaire survey, internal and external analysis, suggests the factors with which customers are or are not satisfied. Specific proposals to increase customer satisfaction with the product are set out on the basis of the outputs from the questionnaire.
Using GreenGraffiti as an Additional Tool of Marketing Communication of the Company

Tato diplomová práce z oblasti marketingu zkoumá možnost využití alternativního reklamního média zvaného GreenGraffiti jako dalšího komunikačního nástroje. Protože je pro Českou republiku a tím i české klienty tento typ reklamního média nový, je důležité vysvětlit, co přesně GreenGraffiti je, odkud pochází a jak se objevilo v České republice. Tato diplomová práce bude také zkoumat, zda je GreenGraffiti vhodným reklamním médiem pro český trh ,a které problémy je třeba vyřešit před tím, než bude zařazen do komunikačního mixu společnosti. Tato práce je napsána na základě znalostí získaných během stáže ve Studio Tomato s.r.o., které vlastnilo licenci na GreenGraffiti pro Českou republiku a také na základě informací získaných od Jima Bowese, zakladatele GreenGraffiti Holding BV.

Subject of the master's thesis is making financial analysis of the company Kastek komponenty. The theoretical part consists of definitions, methods of financial analysis and is a theoretical base for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part of the thesis there are internal, external and financial analysis. Improvement suggestions for the current company situation are interpreted from the results.

The subject of my thesis is creation of strategic analysis of the firm Budweiser Budvar. The objective is a review and appraisal of the companys past development, its current position on the market and lastly to recommend appropriate strategies to help the company achieve lasting economic growth and to gain stronger position in brewery industry. In teoretical part are described problems of strategy, strategic management and methods which are used for appraisal of strategic analysis. Subsequently in practical part there were used these methods under external analysis which are focused on appraisal of external environment of the company and also under internal analysis which are focused on appraisal of internal environment of the company. SWOT analysis was later created to convert information attained from the companys external and internal assessment. To conclude, my thesis intent is to create a strategic plan that would help Budweiser Budvar achieve lasting economic growth.
