The Change Management in an Environment of Selected Sports Organizations

This paper includes change management in a specific environment of tennis club. First of all, there will be described the history of tennis, its formation and origin, and the rules. The next point, which is described in this paper, is the analysis of the current status of the tennis club, its operations and the conditions for the players. Another point includes financial situation; this section contains interview with club owners, inquiry with employees, and the evaluation. The last part of this paper, there will be prepared draft on how the service can be improved and how the employees performance can be enhanced.

The master’s thesis deals with the design of a management information system, which is represented by a set of dashboards and reports. The main purpose of the system is to provide technological and information support to the management of company in terms of managing strategic goals and business performance. The information obtained by analyzing the company and its surroundings are subsequently used for draft creation. The thesis draft contains a project plan for the design and implementation of the system, the design of the system itself - its content and technical aspects, furthermore, we also deal with the implementation of the system and the management of this change.
Implementation of the Project Management Culture into the IT Department of Digital Agency

The thesis deals with the implementation of project culture into IT department of a digital agency with the objective to streamline the project management processes associated with websites creation. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part, theoretical basis related to the matter of change management, project management and processes related to the creation of web pages are compiled. The second part analyzes the current state of execution of processes related to managing of websites in a selected company. The third, design part, covers the project of changing the implementation of project culture into company's IT department, including the design of methodology for managing website creation projects using appropriate project management techniques and tools.
Strategic Acquisition and its Impact on the Acquired Company

Předkládaná práce se zabývá zhodnocením procesu strategické akvizice českého vodárenského podniku VHOS, a.s. velkou nadnárodní společností Aqualia v rámci jejího pronikání na trhy střední a východní Evropy. Práce analyzuje účel akvizice, strategii a oblast zájmu nabyvatele, zahrnuje fáze výběru společnosti, její přípravy na akvizici včetně due diligence a definuje podmínky její realizace. Výstupem práce je identifikace synergického efektu vyvolaného v případě uskutečnění akvizice a jejího dopadu na fungování akviziční jednotky, definování a návrh provedení nezbytných změn v managementu a organizační struktuře subjektu a návrh opatření a nových aktivit vedoucích k ekonomickým, technických a personálním úsporám a následnému úspěšnému fungování subjektu akvizice.

The content of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the current state of the information systém in company KOVOLIKA STAINLESS a.s., which will lead to changes proposal for increasing the efficiency of manufacturing and better information security. The main objective of the thesis is to devise application to increase manufacturing effectivity. In second part of the thesis proposals for improvements in information security will be presented.
Workflow Design for a Building Company

The thesis deals with workflow design and its implementation in a construction company. The current state of document management is becoming obsolete and insufficient. Thus the company´s board has approved the realization of workflow system. The aim of this thesis is therefore analysis of company´s related processes and design of a workflow model. In addition, the new model is required to be linked with present financial and managerial accounting systems and allow for future adjustments and modifications. Final output of this thesis consists of workflow process maps, risk assessment, budget and time plan of realization.

In the monitored company Regionální poradenská agentura, s.r.o. will be proposed change of management system, which will be solved by the project. This project will be aimed at making basic management process more efficient: planning, organization, leading and control. During the drafting will be emphasized importance human resource management.

The mater’s thesis focuses on the issue of the reliability and efficiency performance of the human factor, identifying the risks of potential causes of failure of the chosen company. Based on the theoretical knowledge referred to in the first part thesis is designed procedures useful as a tool to prevent individual failures, focusing on solutions to the adverse conditions of stress or crisis when exposed to the human factor. The final section suggests the motivation of employees by proactively identifying risks.
Technical Assistance of Incident Management Support

The topic of this Master Thesis is Incident Management process as well as other processes which are inseparably linked to it, such as Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc. Main focus of this work is taken to the mentioned processes implementation in the real environment of the real company. Those processes are to be supported by selected information system whereas the selection itself is also part of the project. The processess are compared and optimized with use of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
