Camera Recording Management System
Šulc, Ondřej ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a network security system focusing on compatibility with the widest possible group of IP cameras from various manufacturers and support for remote access to records even from places outside the local network. This problem is solved using two closely cooperating applications. The first application runs on a device in the local network (in our case miniPC Raspberry Pi). The application creates the records by receiving and storing RTSP transmissions from individual cameras. It then modifies these records into a form usable for display on websites and sends the second application from which the user can access them. This application is referred to in the text as agent or agent application. The second application has a web user interface and serves the end user as a tool to manage agents, IP cameras and captured records. By principle of the application, it is important for it to be accessible on a publicly available domain. This application is referred to in the text as web or web application. The use of this architecture does not violate any of the network communication standards, which include, in particular, the initialization of communication from the network behind the NAT service.
Intelligent Access Terminal Using ESP32 Platform
Pomykal, Šimon ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Šimek, Václav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design cheap intelligent access control system based on esp32. This system is designed for use in family houses, flats, garages, gardens etc. The designed system is composed of access control terminal module which uses fingerprint reader to authenticate people and of camera modules which monitor the area of entry These modules are connected to cloud using AWS IoT Core. Another part of the system is a cloud application which evaluates data from the system. The acces control system is meant to be part of a home security system, but can be used independently to some extent.
System for People Detection and Localization Using Thermal Imaging Cameras
Představujeme metodu detekce a lokalizace osob s pomocí nízkonákladových termálních kamer FLIR Lepton 3.5 a malých počítačů Raspberry Pi 3B+.
Thesis deals with the safety systems for motor vehicles. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one deals with familiarization with these systems. The second part deals with the assistants to ensure the stability of the vehicle. The last part discusses the overall evaluation of electronic assistance systems.
URN - Rapid Response Unit: Counterterrorists' Perception of their Enemies and its Relation to the Czech Security Policy
Hladík, Jan ; Jireš, Jan (advisor) ; Barša, Pavel (referee)
The presented bachelor thesis discusses the Útvar rychlého nasazení (URN) - Rapid Response Unit of the Czech Police as a specific counterterrorist unit. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the position of the unit in the context of Czech strategic interests, as well as give an in-depth analysis of the meaning of this special force with reference to the social contract - the Czech Constitution. Firstly a model of innovative terrorism and a terrorist was developed, followed by the development of an anti-model of antiterrorism and an antiterrorist. The relationship between those opposite models is then described along with their implications. Based on the aforementioned research, a dynamic model was created which was used to carry out qualitative research with members of the URN in order to test the model. Various interviews, participatory observations and consultations were used to collect data. Based on an analysis of the results, the need for implementing an innovative mechanism of counterterrorism measurements and policies is recommended. Key words: Útvar rychlého nasazení; Rapid Response Unit; URN; URNA; terrorism; political violence; counterterrorism; antiterrorism; special forces; counterterrorist force; terrorist; antiterrorist; Czech Republic; security policy; security system; Iraq;...
The national security system of the Republic of Lebanon
Kužvart, Jan ; Gombár, Eduard (advisor) ; Karásek, Tomáš (referee)
Národní bezpečnostní systém v Libanonu Jan Kužvart Abstract Diploma thesis "The National Security System of the Republic of Lebanon" (the LSS) deals with the system which keeps order and stability in Lebanon. The thesis also focuses on the possibility of its reform (i.e. security sector reform, SSR). The LSS contains army and other various security apparatus institutions and superior control bodies. It also includes external actors who are participating in SSR (for example the EU and the USA) or actors who are helping the Lebanese state to maintain security inside of its territory (e.g. UNIFIL). The LSS has strong normative dimension as well. It comprehends the unwritten rules of the game, the Lebanese foreign relations and fundamental Lebanese constitutional documents. The thesis delineates objects which the LSS is supposed to protect (i.e. Lebanon and its citizens) and threats which the LSS faces.
Security System Based on Intelligent Sensors
Kučera, Vojtěch ; Očenášek, Pavel (referee) ; Trchalík, Roman (advisor)
The main target of this bachelor's thesis is to design and implement security system based on intelligent sensors. First part describes basic principles, design and implementation of security systems. Further are explained functions and use of intelligent sensors. The creation of design and implementation process are shown in the next part of the thesis. Security system consists of local system, which is integrated into physical building, and server providing web interface. System monitors its surroundings through intelligent sensors and responds to security incidents. Actual state and events history are available through web interface.
Reliability of telephone dialer in I&HAS
Beneš, Petr ; Votruba, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Kolářík, Jaromír (referee)
The aim of this study is to evaluate and practically verify the reliability and safety of communicators from the perspective of a potential attack on the security system connected through a telephone line to the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre). The Intruder and Hold-up Alarm System (I&HAS) itself without being connected to the ACR, is actually an acoustical optical signaling device which does not deal with the comprehensive protection of property and may not fully discourage a potential offender from entering a guarded object. The theoretical part describes the individual transmission paths of the access telephone network, the principles of communication between the I&HAS and ARC, the connection systems and their signaling. The pitfalls of the transmission paths and the possibility of their attack are also defined. The practical part describes the implementation of one of the possible techniques of attack in detail.
