The thesis will focus on history and description of human resources, employee education and system of employee education. Furthermore the thesis will analyze different forms and methods of learning that are used for employee education. The thesis aims to describe employee education in a company. Based on the analysis of the current educational system in the company, changes that could help the company improve its education system will be proposed.
Use of coaching as an educational method in business organizations

Considering the frequent and fast changes, technology development, new processes and globalization, education becomes more and more important. It impacts not only individuals but also organizations that need to have high quality employees who will be able to react to the changes and adapt to new conditions. To ensure process effectiveness, it is necessary to select appropriate educational methods when educating employees. This thesis deals with coaching, and its aim is to evaluate the possibility of using coaching as an educational method in business organization. In the theoretical part, the comparative and content-analysis methods were used and in the empirical part the data were collected through questionnaire and semi-structured and unstructured interviews. Research was executed among employees of business organizations, human resources personnel and managers who had experience with coaching. It was supplemented by an interview with a professional coach who provides coaching in organizations. The goal of the survey was to identify benefits of coaching for employee education and to detect its potential constraints. This thesis describes learning and development of employees, defines the method of coaching, describes its necessary components - asking questions, goal setting, reality, options, choice of one possibility, action plan, feedback. This thesis refers to relevant informations from technical bibliography. Thesis shows differences between coaching and other methods: mentoring, therapy and counselling. This work describes several approaches in coaching, for example coaching which cames from sport environment or coaching which is inspired by psychological approaches. Thesis allso describes two approaches, compares its consistent parts and utilization in the area of companies. Summary: The Bachelor's thesis describes and assesses selected important areas of human resources management at primary schools. The text focuses on general procedure of human resources proceeding for primary educational system. It deals with the present state of personal planning agency and personal needs with the help of designed questionnaires for headmasters. This personal agency is related to the primary school development plan, methods of selection and hiring of new employees, educational, development and assessment system of employees. The Bachelor's thesis brings out pus of methodical recommendations which can help educational managers to create integrated human sources work procedure and build flexible reacted school.

Vzdělávání pracovníků jako nástroj zvyšování kvality poskytovaných služeb v sociálních službách

The diploma thesis deals with employee training, which should serve as a tool for improving the quality of provided services. The diploma thesis was divided into two main parts. Literary research has been devoted to basic concepts in soci-al services in general, the structure of employees in social services and the pro-fessional requirements for education, and social workers and workers in social services. The aim is to analyze the education system in selected contributory or-ganizations and to assess whether selected contributory organizations are suffi-ciently involved in educating their employees. Quantitative research was used in the form of a questionnaire survey, which was statistically thereafter evaluated and qualita-tive research that was conducted through personal interviews with the organi-zation's management and was processed by MAXQDA software. In the end the diploma thesis has been designed with specific recommendations, including economic calculation, which should help to improve and streamline the current system of education and development of employees in selected contributory organizati-ons.
