Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců odštěpného závodu vybrané společnosti. První část je zaměřena na základní teoretické poznatky týkající se vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Druhá část řeší analýzu systému vzdělávání vybrané společnosti. Ve třetí části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení aktuálního systému vzdělávání. The bachelor thesis deals with the questions of the educational system of the selected factory of specific company. The first part is focused on the basic theoretic concepts related to employee training. The second part analyses the educational system of the selected company. The third part contains the main suggestions for the educational system.
