Problematic behavior of primary school pupils through the eyes of teachers
Vodolánová, Kateřina ; Krčmářová, Tereza (advisor) ; Vallin, Petra (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of problematic behavior of first-grade students through the eyes of teachers. In other words, how do teachers view the problematic behavior of pupils and their possible solutions, if the problematic behavior has already occurred. The theoretical part describes problematic and risky behavior and how the teacher could not only solve this behavior, but also prevent it. The same is then described in the behavior of students with autism spectrum disorders. The practical part offers the perspective of seven female teachers with different lengths of experience on three pedagogical situations. On the basis of semi-structured interviews with them, it became clear that even though they differed from each other in some opinions, they still largely thought about problem behavior and its solution in a similar way. By combining the most frequent statements and reflections of the respondents, scenarios for the given situations emerged. Dvořáková, Hana ; Marádová, Eva (advisor) ; Šumníková, Pavlína (referee)
This work aims to find out how schools in the context of the presence of pupils with support needs prepare for organizing an outdoor school in the 1st grade of primary school and then formulate practice recommendations. The goal was achieved based on a research investigation, within the framework of which two probes were implemented. Probe I includes structured interviews with educational counselors at five selected primary schools. It investigated whether a subsequent written inquiry could take place at the selected schools. Probe II includes an online questionnaire survey aimed at teachers and teaching assistants. Based on this, it was found that in the area of teaching, free time, ensuring self-service activities of pupils, strengthening the pupil collective, and communication with parents, teachers prepare for school in nature differently than for regular teaching. They are helped by the activity, independence, and creativity of teaching assistants if they are willing to help. In the area of preparation for teaching, in the context of cooperation with teaching assistants, it is recommended to set goals beforehand, with which all its participants will become familiar. Problematika školního stravování
KARÁSKOVÁ, Michaela
The topic of the bachelor thesis is school catering. The thesis has two goals, one is to analyze the nutritional quality of school lunches on the basis of the consumption basket and the second is to analyze the variety and nutritional composition of school lunches for younger and older school-age children. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the principles of good nutrition for children are described, namely the food pyramid, the individual components of the diet such as proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fibre, vitamins, minerals and the related drinking regime. It also describes school catering, its history and the consumption basket, specifically its standards and the food groups it includes. The practical part deals with the analysis of the consumption basket in two primary schools, and details how the selected categories are present in the nutritional recommendations for the consumption basket. Following this, the practical part evaluates the five day diet of 8 respondents, two of younger and two of older school age from each school. The research shows that the school menus are very different from each other, each school having different meals, different culinary arrangements and variety. One of the schools is not very successful in applying the nutritional recommendations of the consumption basket, the other school is doing very well. Although some aspects have not been followed, the result is still very surprising, mainly because of the interesting choice of food that the second dining room provides. Unfortunately, children are not coming to lunch more and more. As far as the children's eating habits are concerned, vegetables, fruit and dairy products are often missing from the menus. There is a higher prevalence of foods with higher or added sugar content, which are not suitable in large quantities. Meals miss variety and imagination.
