The diploma thesis deals with the topic of marketing communication of a specific hair salon. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical background that is necessary for understanding the issue. The second part is devoted to the introduction of the company and an analysis of its current situation. The last part contains proposals for improving the current marketing communication based on the results obtained from the analyses and the marketing research.

This thesis focuses on the marketing mix of a particular brewery. The structure of the thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and design. The diploma thesis focuses on the design of an e-shop. In the first part, the basic concepts and theoretical foundations are defined, according to which the thesis proceeds. The second practical part is divided into analytical and design sections. In the analytical section, a survey is conducted, which consists of an analysis of competing e-shops and a questionnaire. The questionnaire is constructed for the purpose of building a house quality model, which helps to define the priorities in the design process. Another part of the questionnaire consists of an analysis of the specific requirements of potential customers for different aspects of the site. The design section is based on the information found and includes graphic design, a proposal for possible technical processing, a timetable, and an economic evaluation of the implementation.

Based on the results of the second chapter, the third chapter formulates the concept of strategic development of the company for the next five years.
