Rekombinace a reakce iontů v plazmatu

One of the most interesting questions in contemporary interstellar chemistry is the HCN/HNC abundance ratio observed in dense interstellar clouds. The observed ratios vary from 80:1 to 1:5 depending on the object under observation. These ratios represent a striking deviation from thermochemical equilibrium. Dissociative recombination of HCNH+ has been invoked to explain these observations. It is suggested to study details of this recombination using FALP apparatus equipped with NIR Cavity Ringdown Absorption Spectrometer (IR - CRDS). In the presented work we have developed kinetic model describing formation of HCNH+/e- plasma and consequent production of HCN and HNC. Analysed and discussed are conditions of experiment and applicability of IR - CRDS for the proposed study. To confirm our analyses the preliminary experiments were carried out using microwave discharge cell equipped with IR - CRDS. Studies of H3O+ and H2D+ ions were carried out to put together the experiment. The absorption spectra in a plasma containing He/N2/CH4 were measured in order to determine transition frequencies for study of products of recombination of CNH+ ions.

Food Supply of Düsseldorf Citizens and Supply Policy in the British Zone 1945-1948

Schon in den ersten Tagen nach dem Ausbruch des zweiten .Weltkrieges wurde das Rationierungssystem in Deutschland eingefuhrt. Eng verbunden mit der Kriegsentwicklung verschlechterte sich langsam auch die Situation der Zivilbevölkerung im Deutschen Reich. Die Menge der offiziell rationierten Nahrungsmittel sank im Zusammenhang mit wachsender Knappheit an Ressourcen und mit dem Verlust der besetzten Gebiete im Osten, die der brutalen nazistischen landwirtschaftlichen Exploitation unterstellt waren. Während des Krieges kam es aber nie zu einer steilen Senkung der Rationen. Erst im März 1945 kam es in Düsseldorf wegen der Annäherung der Front zum Zusammenbruch des Verwaltungs- und Versorgunssystems und zur Senkung der Rationen zum ersten Mal auf 1.000 Kalorien. Auch nach der Eroberung Düsseldorfs von der amerikanischen Armee verbesserte sich die Versorgungslage kaum. Der totale Zusammenbruch des Verkehrs- und Versorgungssystem verursachte langzeitige Mangel an rationierten Nahrungsmitteln. Bis Ende Sommer 1945 blieben die Rationen auf ungefähr 1.000 Kalorien und erst im Herbst kam es zu Verbesserung der Lage. Creative interpretation as a didactic problem

Cílem práce je formulovat vzdělávací literární program pro první stupeň základní školy a zároveň tím připravit půdu pro tvůrčí práci na druhém stupni. Program je nazván "Kreativní interpretace" a již samotným požadavkem na kreativitu klade důraz na mezipředmětové vztahy. Kreativní interpretace v rámci literární výchovy by v praxi prostřednictvím učitele umožnila dětem - mimo jiné - přímo se podílet na výstavbě (uměleckého) textu - díla. Do centra výchovného působení se tak dostává (literární) zážitek. Literární úkoly formulované s ohledem na zážitek dětem odkrývají umělecký rozměr textu, tedy nejen jeho první významový plán. Application of analytical methods in study of heterogeneous catalytical processes

Acylation of cyclohexene can provide number of reaction products. Cyclohexene, 1-methylcyclohexene and 3-methylcyclohexene were acylated with propionic anhydride over diferent zeolite structures and molecular sieves. Cyclohexene acylation led to propionylcyclohexene. The major acylation products of 1-methylcyclohexene is 2-methyl-3-propionylcyclohexene. Reaction product of 3-methylcyclohexene acylation is 4-methyl-3-propionylcyklohexene and 3-methyl-2-propionylcyclohexene. The aim of acylation biphenyl with carboxylic acid anhydrides and chlorides was to prove reaction with the highest conversion of substrate. The highest biphenyl conversion was obtained with octanoyl chloride and hexanoic anhydride over zeolite USY (15). The highest selectivity to 4-acylbiphenyl was observed.

The Study of hydration models on platinum complexes important in anticancer cure

In this work, there are studied some biologically important platinum complexes, cisplatin analogues, with central platinum atom in state Pt(II), or Pt(IV). I concentrated on the hydration processes of the examined complexes. Thermodynamical and kinetical aspects of reactions were studied and NPA charge analyses were carried out, too. All computations were performed on DFT level with B3LYP functional. All reactions were considered in vacuum. Supermolecular approach was used for energy calculations.

Humoral response of specific hosts to bird schistosome antigens

This thesis focuses on humoral immune response of specific hosts to antigens of various developmental stages of bird schistosomes T. regenti and T. szidati, and follows up on previous research of antibody response in non-specific hosts (mouse, human). Sera of experimentally infected and hunted-down wild ducks were examined using the ELISA and western blot methods. The sera samples were taken in predefined intervals. Results of the ELISA analysis show the process of humoral immune response after infection by bird schistosomes. The level of specific antibodies IgY against homogenate of T. regenti cercariae increased significantly 20 d.p.i. in ducks infected by T. regenti. Such reaction wasn't observed in ducks infected by T. szidati. Slight changes in level of specific antibodies IgM against T. szidati cercariae homogenate were observed 10 d.p.i. only in fully immunocompetent ducks and in reinfected ducks. Examination of hunted-down wild ducks didn't prove infection by bird schisosomes; this conclusion was confirmed by results of the ELISA analysis. IgY antibodies from ducks infected by T. regenti demonstrated strong reactions with 2 antigens in ranges 49-47 kDa and 47-45 kDa. Fish behaviour in response to a trawl gear

Předkládaná práce by měla čtenáře blíže seznámit s chováním ryb, které tito živočichové vykazují vůči vlečným sítím během vzorkování pelagiálu vodních těles. Zaměřuje se na oblast v ústí tralu, kde je spektrum reakcí nejširší. Některé specifické rysy chování jsou uvedeny na příkladech z mezinárodních výzkumů v teoretické části. Jsou zde rovněž přiblíženy základní techniky, používané při studiu chování ryb ve vztahu k vlečným sítím. Praktickou částí je dvouletý výzkum (2009 a 2011) chování ryb na českých údolních nádržích Želivka a Římov ve vztahu k tralovým sítím. Chování ryb v ústí pelagického tralu bylo monitorováno prostřednictvím vertikálního sonaru SIMRAD EK 60 o frekvenci 38 kHz. Předmětem výzkumu bylo studium reakcí jednotlivých ryb se zaměřením na vertikální složku jejich pohybu. Zjišťovali jsme rozdíly mezi denní a noční aktivitou ryb, rychlost a sklon ve vodním sloupci, přímočarost trajektorie pohybu, souvislost mezi velikostí ryb a jejich rychlostí, a v neposlední řadě také vliv abiotických faktorů, které únikové chování podstatně ovlivňují. Znalost tohoto typu chování pomůže vypovědět o selektivitě zařízení, kterou je vhodné znát pro efektivní průzkum zdejších nádrží. Stejně tak užitečné jsou nové informace o vlastním chování ryb, které jsou přínosem nejen pro ekologii.

VCL Components for Vector Graphics in the Instruction of Chemistry

Předmětem práce je zhodnocení problematiky vzorců ve výuce organické chemie na střední škole, zhodnocení současného stavu softwaru pro kreslení chemických struktur a vývoj VCL komponent pro chemické kreslení. V současnosti dostupný software je na vysoké odborné úrovni a v chemické praxi má široké použití, nehodí se však pro použití ve výuce na druhém a třetím stupni. Výsledkem práce jsou komponenty pro vytváření, zobrazení a manipulaci s chemickými vzorci jednoduchých organických látek v souladu s požadavky střední školy Součástí práce je také aplikace ukazující základní vlastnosti vyvinutých komponent. Kom- ponenty i aplikace jsou vytvořeny v prostředí Borland Delphi 2005. CD s elektronickou verzí textu, zdrojovými kódy komponent i aplikace a spustitelnou verzí aplikace je přiloženo.

Marketingová opatření výrobců lihovin v souvislosti se změnami na trhu alkoholických nápojů

FRANCOVÁ, D. Marketing Measures of Distilled Beverage Manufacturing in Regards to Changes on Market with Alcoholic Beverages. Diploma Thesis. Brno: MENDELU, 2014. Diploma thesis focuses on a proposal of marketing measures to help distilled beverage manufacturers to face harmful events. An analysis of administered changes on the market with alcoholic beverages is provided and the impact of such changes on the economic situation of the Czech Republic is identified. An impact from administered changes to business activity and economic results of selected businesses active on the market of distilled beverages is also recognized. Other countries response to a similar situation on the market with alcoholic beverages is compared to Czech statutory authorities response. A questionnaire study is executed in order to trace the impact of a methanol case on consumers' behavior of residents of Olomouc County. Based on a combination of results obtained from questionnaires and theoretical knowledge, a series of marketing measures designated to distilled beverage manufactures active on the market is suggested. These measures are based on critical communication as well as on the use of promotional activities after the crisis subsided.
