Cultivation of humanity as a task of education

The thesis of a theoretical character deals with the cultivation of humanity as a task of education. The work summarizes the areas affecting the topic of humanity and education. Firstly, the work describes the meaning of humanity which is present in one of modern philosophical disciplines called philosophy of education. It also introduces the educational process forming an integrated system of precise rules. Within the process, factors forming the process are described. These are: educator who is a guide in the educational process; the educated person who is not only the object but also the subject of the process; environment which plays a significant role in education and involves a variety of participants. The last part of the thesis deals with education as a process of humanization and describes various aspects affecting the process of humanization.
Elements making up the atmosphere in the teaching process

Introduce you the factors what are leading the process and atmosphere is important for this thesis. The practical part focuses for the types of atmosphere what we use in educational process. The research is about the exploring what kind of technics the educators use for each atmosphere and then we verify it with the questionnaire to the educants.

Theoretical and empirical thesis "Teacher and his role in the process of pupil's self- conception forming" aims to explore the theme of self-conception from the perspective of those involved in the educational process. Primarily in terms of personal and social development, whose major component is the development of self-conception of pupil. The thesis explores the possibilities and limits of teaching experience and tries to find some starting points and recommendations that can help teachers better manage claims that contemporary society places on education of children. It also seeks to give teachers a tool that would simply and effectively determine the level of their work on self-development of their pupils.

Analysis of the development level of funding the direct costs of basic education in regions

Final thesis analyzes the level of direct funding of non-capital expenditure on basic education in regions of the CR. The funds to finance direct investment expenditure for basic education, which is an integral part of the regional education are allocated from the state budget to the budget of each school system through normatively republican and regional norms per unit of output. The theoretical part describes the legal framework for financing of regional education and deals with the detailed budget breakdown of the system to direct non-investment expenditure of the basic education level of the state budget - Chapter 333 Ministry of Education through the various regions in the primary school. The research section contains an analysis of regional norms and levels of direct financing of investment expenditure in a sample of three elementary schools in each region.
Changing Role of an Educator in the Life of a Person with a Hearing Impairment

This bachelor thesis discusses the different conditions in the boarding houses for people with hearing impairments now and in the past. It provides the experience of the deaf and overviews available literature. The theoretical part explains the basic terms associated with hearing impairment, communication, and methods of educating the deaf, deaf institutions, defines the upbringing, education and teaching positions and deals with the boarding house in the context of past and present. The practical part describes the experience of hearing impaired people with boarding houses and with educators using a questionnaire survey analysis.
Lector with specialisation in media for preschool students

This bachelor thesis is focused on the work of educators in preschool establishments with the media, particularly with the electronic media. It explores whether the preschool teachers from Louny and its surroundings, particularly the teachers from the kindergartens, such as MŠ Fügnerova, MŠ Dobroměřice, MŠ Kpt. Nálepky, MŠ Veltěže and MŠ Přemyslovců, utilize the possibility to work with modern media. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of the terms such as a pedagogue, preschool education and the media. The practical part includes the results of the quality survey carried out in the form of interviews at the already mentioned kindergartens. The communication partners were the head teachers and teachers of the kindergartens in Louny and its surroundings.
