Záv re ná bakalá ská práce se zabývá analýzou úrovn financování p ímých neinvesti ních výdaj na základní vzd lávání v jednotlivých krajících R. Finan ní prost edky na financování p ímých neinvesti ních výdaj základního školství, které je nedílnou sou ástí tzv. regionálního školství, jsou alokovány ze státního rozpo tu do rozpo tu jednotlivých škol normativn prost ednictvím soustavy republikových a krajských normativ na jednotku výkonu. Teoretická ást popisuje právní rámec financování regionálního školství a podrobn se zabývá systémem rozpisu rozpo tu na p ímé neinvesti ní výdaje základního školství z úrovn státního rozpo tu - kapitoly 333 MŠMT prost ednictvím kraj na jednotlivé základní školy. Ve výzkumné ásti je provedena analýza krajských normativ a úrovn financování p ímých neinvesti ních výdaj u výb rového souboru t í základních škol v jednotlivých krajích R. Final thesis analyzes the level of direct funding of non-capital expenditure on basic education in regions of the CR. The funds to finance direct investment expenditure for basic education, which is an integral part of the regional education are allocated from the state budget to the budget of each school system through normatively republican and regional norms per unit of output. The theoretical part describes the legal framework for financing of regional education and deals with the detailed budget breakdown of the system to direct non-investment expenditure of the basic education level of the state budget - Chapter 333 Ministry of Education through the various regions in the primary school. The research section contains an analysis of regional norms and levels of direct financing of investment expenditure in a sample of three elementary schools in each region.
