Suggestions for Improving Motivation in the Selected Company

The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first theoretical part contains the theoretical aspect of the target issue related to employee motivation and motivational factors, where I present the basic knowledge in these areas, which helps to further develop the work. The practical part contains an evaluation of the current situation of the company in terms of employee motivation through a survey. Taking into account the results and findings, I then develop a proposal for improving employee motivation in the company, which can be used by the company in practice to increase employee productivity.

This bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system in a particular company. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of employee remuneration, which were drawn from the relevant literature. In the second part, an analysis is made of the current state of remuneration in the selected company, taking into account the internal and external influences that shape this system. The final part of the paper presents suggestions for adjustments to the reward system that should lead to better employee satisfaction and loyalty.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

The thesis focuses on the proposal of changes in the concept of the existing motivation program for employees in the selected organization. A comprehensive literature search and analysis of the current state of the incentive system is carried out. Within the analysis, the method of non-standardized questioning is chosen for data collection, namely utilizing in-depth semi-structured interviews with employees of the company. The interviews are conducted with 16 respondents from the sales, finance, and production departments. The interview data is thematically coded using MAXQDA to identify key preferences and determine employee satisfaction. Based on the analysis, the following measures are proposed to improve the current incentive system: additional supplementary pension savings, flexible working hours, differentiated holiday schemes, implementation of another company event, and home-office unification. The thesis also includes the implementation of changes using Lewin's change management model.

The analytical part introduces the company and analyses its current situation. This is followed by data collection in the form of an interview. After evaluating the results, the proposal part makes suggestions and recommendations for changes to increase employee satisfaction and performance.

The bachelor thesis deals with the system of employee benefits in a selected company. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis examines employee benefits, internal and external influences on them and their tax advantage both from the employer's and the employee's side. The analytical part of the bachelor thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company, examines internal and external influences and also describes the remuneration system of the selected company. Lastly, the opinion of the employees of the company was sought through a questionnaire and the opinion of the management of the company was sought through an interview. The design part then deals with the cafeteria system, the choice of an external supplier, its benefits and disadvantages, variations of possible costs and its implementation in the company.
