Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na proces adaptace nových pracovníků ve společnosti XY, se zahrnutím Enter týmu v rámci tohoto procesu. Teoretická část se soustřeďuje na vysvětlení pojmů s problematikou spojených. V praktické části je provedena analýza aktuálního stavu dané společnosti, v návrhové části jsou prezentována doporučení pro zlepšení procesu adaptace. The diploma thesis focuses on the adaptation process of new employees in the selected company, including the Enter team as part of this process. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of the concepts related to the issue. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of the company is performed, and in the last part of the thesis recommendations for improving the adaptation process are presented.
