This thesis focuses on the design of a performance management process for Figure Inc. In the introductory section, a thorough literature search is presented that lays the foundation for an in-depth understanding of performance management concepts and methodologies in organizations. The analytical part of the thesis contains two phases: an initial general analysis of the current state of Figure Inc. followed by a detailed qualitative research to identify key areas and objectives for a new performance management process. Based on the data and insights gathered, the final section formulates a proposal for a new process that reflects the identified needs and goals of the company.
Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The aim of this thesis is to propose strategies for the development of human resource management and the associated personnel department. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical foundations, analytical section, and design section. The theoretical part builds on scholarly literature and provides a comprehensive view of modern approaches to human resource management. The analytical section focuses on a specific analysis of the current state of human resource management in a selected company, including the identification of key problems and factors that affect the efficiency of the personnel department. Based on the data obtained and the analysis, the final part of the thesis formulates specific proposals and recommendations for improving human resource management, which should contribute to the more efficient operation of the organization and increase employee satisfaction.

This diploma thesis examines human resources management in connection with employee motivation and compensation. The aim is to present proposals and address deficiencies that will lead to increased employee motivation and their retention within the company. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts that will be utilised in subsequent sections. The practical part includes an introduction to the selected company and focusses on the current incentive system of benefits and overall employee satisfaction. Quantitative research will lead to establishing proposals and measures related to establishing an appropriate reward system, boosting employee motivation and satisfaction.
Creation and implementation of a competence model in the organization

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of competence models and their following setting in the context of HR activities of employee evaluation and development. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of competences, their distinction from often confused concepts (such as potential and ability) and their possible division are first described. Then, the competency model, the process of creating a competency model and its potential forms and structures are defined. Next, the principles of using the competence model in individual activities in human resource management are explained, with particular emphasis on the processes of employee evaluation and development through the competence model, which are central to this thesis. The following practical part starts with the introduction of Company XY and the respondent, who is an HR Generalist. Total reward model in the context of strategic remuneration

The thesis examines the importance of the total rewards model in the context of strategic reward and employee satisfaction. It is based on the assumption that the principles of strategic reward contribute to higher employee satisfaction. The specific focus of the thesis is on the total reward model, which represents an integrated approach to employee remuneration and is considered one of the strategic elements and trends in remuneration. The theoretical background of the thesis describes such areas of human resource management that are directly related to remuneration, especially employee evaluation, commitment, motivation and last but not least specific individual forms of transactional and relational remuneration. The empirical part of the thesis investigates the relationship between employee satisfaction and the application of the total rewards model to a specific group of employees in company XY. For the purpose of testing the hypotheses and meeting the objectives of the thesis, a questionnaire survey was mainly used to supplement the information generated by the analysis of internal and public documents of company XY. In the analytical part, the company will be introduced and data collection will take place through internal materials and structured interviews. Based on this information, the motivation system will be analyzed, employee satisfaction and loyalty will be examined, and proposals will be proposed to improve the existing motivation system, retain existing employees, increase their satisfaction and reduce turnover costs.
