Předmětem této diplomové práce je motivace, hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. První část je zaměřena na popis teoretických poznatků, které využívám v praktické části. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu společnosti, na současný systém motivace, hodnocení a odměňování. V poslední části jsou nastíněna doporučení a návrhy změn, které zdokonalí systém motivace a evaluace zaměstnanců. The subject of my diploma thesis is the motivation, evaluation and remuneration of employees in a particular enterprise. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge, which I use in the practical part. The second part focuses on the analysis of the company, the current system of motivation, evaluation and compensation. The last part outlines the recommendations and suggestions for changes that will improve the system of motivation and evaluation of staff.
