Title: Comparison of school readiness levels of children from selected regular and speech and speech therapy kindergartens using the iSophi diagnostic tool Objectives: The main aim of this study is to compare the areas of school readiness accessed by the iSophi test battery in children from selected kindergartens, namely two regular kindergartens and two speech therapy kindergartens in Prague. Methods: A total of 40 children aged 5-7 years (20 from a regular kindergarten, 20 from a speech therapy kindergarten) underwent an assessment of school readiness using the iSophi tool. The iSophi tool, developed by the STEP Educational Psychological Consultancy in 2019, includes 13 areas, some of which are tested on the spot by the examiner (e.g., graphomotor skills, pre-mathematical ideas, time orientation, etc.) and others by the teacher based on long- term evaluation (e.g., self-care, gross motor skills, social understanding, etc.). Data processing is done using the My iSophi digital extension and has a graphical form (linear graphs for individual skills and pie chart for overall evaluation). Identification and education of gifted children in kindergarten

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of identification of a gifted child in kindergarten and pedagogical procedures used by the teacher in subsequent work with a gifted child. The aim of the thesis is to find out how kindergarten teachers contribute to the development of gifted children and the full use of their potential. The theoretical part of the thesis in the introduction pays attention to the general introduction to giftedness, then it deals with the characteristics of gifted children and their subsequent identification. In the conclusion, the legislative documents related to the education of gifted children are presented, followed by the possibilities of development and education in the kindergarten environment and the essentials of the teacher's work with gifted children. The empirical part of the thesis analyses the manifestations of potential giftedness in children in kindergarten and aims to identify the pedagogical methods applied when working with gifted children. The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economics of a selected non-profit organization, contribution organization Mateřská škola Lištička. The first part defines aims of the thesis and the methods used, then it presents theoretical part including the basic terms associated with non-profit organisations. Third part comprises the analysis of the current economic of the organization and overall assessment of the financial situation. In the last part based on the analysis it presents suggestions for improving the financial situation of the organization.
Preparation and Implementation of the Envelope of the Kindergarten Building in the Village of Mojš

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is the Preparation and Implementation of the Envelope of the Kindergarten Building in the Village of Mojš. This thesis deals with the installation of windows and door fillings, the insulation of the plinth, and the facade using an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The work includes a technical report, a site plan with broader traffic relations, a bill of quantities for the specified technological stage, a technological prescription for the facade insulation stage, including resource balances. Furthermore, it contains a solution for the organization of the construction, including a site equipment drawing, a time schedule for the given technological stage, a proposal for the machine set, a control and test plan, and ensuring work safety. In conclusion, the thesis discusses the use of aerogel as an insulating material.
Speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of speech therapy prevention from the perspective of the kindergarten director. In accordance with the aim of the thesis, it analyses the current situation and identifies the possibilities of support and risks in the field of speech therapy prevention in selected kindergartens. It studies the state and level of work in kidergartens in terms of ensuring cooperation with a special pedagogical center, a pedagogical-psychological counselling center, a clinical speech therapist and further education of pedagogical staff with a focus on speech therapy assistants. It also indicates the possibilities of obtaining financial resources for aids for children with speech disorders, for further education of teaching staff or for possible cooperation with a clinical speech therapist directly in the kindergarten. The thesis also mentions the grant programs offered by the Ministry of Education and Culture. It also outlines a possible procedure for changing or increasing the efficiency of speech therapy prevention and motivational methods for the active approach of teaching staff, which can be used by the kindergarten director. The paper examines the topic of the adaptation process of children starting at kindergarten. It generally focuses on methods and procedures used in adaptation processes that aim to facilitate children's adaptation. Theoretical findings relate to the adaptation process of preschool children. Qualitative research is then carried out. The theoretical part describes the developmental specifics of the preschool period. These are essential for understanding the behavior, experiences, and needs of preschool children. The role of the kindergarten institution and its influence on the child is mentioned, as well as the principle of adaptation itself. Adaptation is a significant change and stress, and for its successful progression (and the child's further life), the correct setting of the individual adaptation process is crucial. In this perspective, a large part is devoted not only to the role and experiences of a child but also to the influence of parents or lecturers in kindergarten. Qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with respondents (kindergarten lecturers) has been carried out in this paper.
