Experimental workplace of controlled drive with high dynamics
Rozkošný, Miroslav ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Němec, Zdeněk (advisor)
My diploma thesis deals with the basic principle of the frequency inverter and his construnction. In the next section are analyze the basic properties and characteristics of the using equipment. The main part of this thesis is to investigate the dynamic properties of asynchronous electric motor controlled by a frequency inverter using STARTER. The results of experiments are compared and analyzed.
Implementation of control a DC motors
Rozkošný, Miroslav ; Andrš, Ondřej (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
The bacheleor thesis deals with the basic classification of DC electromotors and with the principles of their operation. Another part of the thesis describes ways of measuring current and position. Consequently, it describes basic ways of regulation which are then realised with the help of the developing environment NI LabVIEW and experimentally verified. The results of individual experiments with different types of regulators are compared and analysed.
The mechanisms and efficiency of uptake of selected micropollutants by crops irrigated with reclaimed wastewater
Šrédlová, Kamila ; Semerád, Jaroslav ; Šereš, M. ; Mrvová, M. ; Rozkošný, M. ; Cajthaml, Tomáš
Water scarcity and the quality of fresh water are important global issues, which relate to all areas of human activity. One of the possible ways of reducing water consumption in agriculture is using treated (recycled) wastewater for irrigation. However, when applying recycled wastewater or biosolids to crops, it is necessary to monitor the content of micropollutants. The Summary research report describes the mechanisms of uptake of selected micropollutants (perfluorinated alkyl compounds and pharmaceuticals) by crops during automated irrigation with recycled wastewater. A detailed literature review complemented by experimental data describes micropollutant bioaccumulation in the fruits of several plants, which represent an exposure pathway for humans. Furthermore, the risk of human intake of micropollutants from crops potentially contaminated when grown using this technology is outlined
Procedures of the use and application of the biochemical preparations to the aquatic environment quality and water elements sediment state adjustment in the frame of cultural heritage management
Rozkošný, Miloš ; Hudcová, Hana ; Kratina, Josef ; Sedláček, Pavel ; Dzuráková, Miriam
The monument procedure contains knowledge and instructions, which, according to the experience gained, should contribute to solving the unsatisfactory state of the aquatic environment in terms of water quality, excessive algae growth, increased turbidity, odor, and worsening conditions for fish life. This is usually associated with fluctuations in oxygen content and pH of water, the occurrence of toxic forms of metals, ammonia, etc. One of the parts is devoted to the possibility of the application of biological and biochemical preparations to reduce the organic component of sediments and reduce their volume. Recommendations are given for the survey of sediments, analysis of their composition, and determination of a suitable procedure for the application of preparations. Part of the monument procedure is documentation for the design and production of cultivation equipment for biological preparations (bioreactor), including description of its operation and maintenance.

Agenturní zaměstnávání
Rozkošný, Martin
This bachelor thesis aims to the issue of agency employment, its analysis, identifica-tion of the drawbacks and suggestions to improvements. Main focus is on the overuse of the agency employment, unequal treatment of the groups of the regular and agency employees. Also difficulty of the training of the agency employees is examined. At the end of this thesis is summarizing pros and cons, and frequent problems from the viewpoint of every member of this relationship.
Sustainability principles of fish stock of cultural monuments and historical settlements water elements
Adámek, Zdeněk ; Rozkošný, Miloš ; Hudcová, Hana ; Kratina, Josef ; Sedláček, Pavel
The object of the monuments procedure is to put into practice suitable and verified principles of composition of fish stocks of cultural monuments water elements, for production ponds and reservoirs, and for ornamental reservoirs, basins and pools. At the same time, it brings information about methods of fish stock management, principles of introduction of predatory fish, use of fish for biomelioration of aquatic environment. It also provides recommendations for the maintenance and care of farmed fish. To achieve this, it also includes a section aimed at identifying and describing an appropriate approach to solutions to improve water status, including water quality, and ensure the sustainability of fish stocks. Part of the monuments procedure is also a brief analysis of the issue of degradation of the reservoirs and ponds environment from the perspective of fish survival, due to pollution and water eutrophication. It also describes the individual causes of the unsuitable state of the aquatic environment.

Influence of the various incubation time on the value of BOD
Debnárová, Andrea ; Dolejš, Petr (referee) ; Rozkošný, Miloš (advisor)
Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) is commonly used for determining how fast biological organisms use up oxygen in a body of water. It is one of the essential methods used in water quality management and assessment. BOD could be considered as a quality level indicator of biologically treated water. This process is very time-dependent but most common period of incubation is five days - BOD(5). In this thesis different periods of incubation are compared - for BOD(5) with five days incubation period and BOD(2+5) with five days incubation period but also placed for two days to lowered temperature environment. These comparative tests were made for different types of water (surface water, waste water - water from mechanical level and biological level of treatment) For all kinds of determination of BOD the dilution method was used (ČSN EN 1899).
