Matějková, Veronika ; Liguš, Ján (advisor) ; Noble, Ivana (referee) ; Kaplánek, Michal (referee)
1 Abstract The aim of the presented thesis was to compactly document and evaluate the theoretical, practical and research aspects of catechetical work from the perspective of practical theology with adults in the CzHCh from its foundation (1920) to the present (2018). In this paper we used a mixed method, i.e. a combination of qualitative and quantitative questioning, according to the Danish theologian Van der Ven. Specifically, the method of historical-critical analysis of the source material was predominant in the second chapter, mainly analysing all available printed (books, scripts, journal articles, congregational documents) and other CzHCh sources dealing with adult catechesis in the CzHCh. The analysis of the sources was combined with discursive analysis and a diachronic method tracing the changes or development of phenomena between periods. In the third chapter, using an empirical-exploratory method, we presented the research with an author-designed questionnaire survey. Some of the data were supplemented by authorized interviews with memoirists. This work can now serve as a basic practical-theological analysis 2 for the development of adult catechesis in the current CzHCh, for the future IX. Ordinary Assembly of the CzHCh (2024). At the same time, this work is a contribution to the field of...

MATĚJKOVÁ, Vendula
The aim of the thesis is to find out whether work productivity has an effect on the economic performance of the company. The company in which the connection is being investigated is called HR metal and is based in Brno. The goal is achieved with the help of two analyses. In the first one, the productivity of work in the company is analyzed. Value-added work productivity and production-based work productivity are calculated. In the second analysis, the financial situation of the company is examined, which is determined from the results of financial analysis calculations. Share and difference indicators are calculated, and finally a comprehensive financial analysis is made, which takes into account all economic aspects at once and is more comprehensive. After all sub-analyses have been calculated, the curves of summary indicators and work productivity are shown in one graph, and the main deviations of these two curves and their trend are examined. At the end of the thesis, it is evaluated whether the goal was achieved and what was found during the analyzes and their evaluation.

Matějková, Vladimíra ; Belisová, Šárka (advisor) ; Šotolová, Jovanka (referee)
In its theoretical part the present thesis treated the theatrical genre of French farce and described its position and rank in the structure of the Theatre of the Boulevard at the end of the 19t h century. Apart from a short introduction to its history, main dramatists and their key plays are presented, as well as some crucial dramatic techniques and their evolution during the 20t h century. Considering the fact that the main object of the study was a work of one of the most important farce representatives, the thesis focused on the conditions of creating plays and on their reception during the famous Belle Epoque. Another aim was to define first translations and adaptations of vaudevillian farces into Czech with reference to the actual development of the language and the situation on stages at the end of the 19t h and at the beginning of the 20t h century. Besides portraying the background and conditions of the audience's warm reception, the work also briefly introduced the Czech theatres in which this genre was staged, and marked its place among other theatrical genres, taking also into consideration the period in which the Czech translations were made. The heart of the thesis is the personality and the work of French dramatist Georges Feydeau (1863-1921). After having described his life and work,...

Karel Krejčí's Comparative Approaches in his Understanding of Czech and Polish Literature
Matějková, Veronika ; Janoušek, Pavel (advisor) ; Svatoň, Vladimír (referee) ; Trávníček, Jiří (referee)
The thesis documents and interprets the conflict between the literary discourses of the time on the one hand, and the specific approach of Karel Krejčí (1904-1979), comparatist, Slavist and Czech studies scholar, on the other hand. Based on the Krejčí's studies on literary history and comparative literature, as well as his participation in the methodological debates of his time, the thesis analyses the impact of this conflict on the author's literary theory method, and his work of a literary historian and comparatist in general. The analysis is based on the ambiguous reception of Krejčí's scientific work: while he is recognised as a great personality in the field of Slavic studies, he is considered an outsider in the general context of Czech literary science. The thesis describes how the author, with his methodological approach, was in opposition to the prevailing trend. As a Slavic studies scholar he criticised the 'influence science' and positivist methods employed in the field. In the period between the two world wars he inclined towards the sociology of literature, although this discipline did not become popular. While he was interested in phenomenology and formalism, he defended his 'historical-sociological' approach against structuralism, which was gaining ground. In the 1950s Krejčí wrote a...

RESUMÉ The purpose of this thesis was to outline the current state of catechesis in the Czechoslovak Hussite Church and basic regularities of the andragogic discipline as the science of adult education. We interpret the Word of God in the theology of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church and pointed out the personal / personalistics dimension of the relationship between man and God In the third chapter, we introduce catechesis as a theological discipline. We captured its mission and emphasis from theoretical and practical point of view, and we have followed with the fourth chapter and the specific concept of catechesis in the Czechoslovak Hussite Church.
