This thesis "Social skills of teachers and possibilities of their development, orientated on beginning teachers" looks into posibility of utilization of videotraining of interactions method (VTI) for development of social skills in teachers-beginners. Theoretical part focuses on analysis of current state in pre- and postgraduated education, it's oriented on their personality and social skills, mainly on communication skills. Practical part deals with presence of development of social skills in beginning teachers. Effect of VTI of the development is tested. This method is prepared for this goal. Collected data comes from observation of 14 teachers and this data are analyzed by programm Interact. The outcome is a fact that VTI method has significant influence on global development of teacher's social skills. VTI has positive influence mainly in following fields: paying the teacher's attention to students and paraphrase student's statement.
Evaluation of anthropometric parameters at polytraumatic patiens.
Broulíková, Zuzana ; Hronek, Miloslav (advisor) ; Havel, Eduard (referee)
1 Abstract The evaluation of anthropometric paramters is one of an assessment of nutritional status of hospitalized patients. The correct designation of this condition is necessary to determine the patient's prognosis and further treatment to prevent or capture the first signs of developing malnutrition. This negatively affects the patient's condition and cause the development of other complications and prolonged treatment. In this study, anthropometric data collection were examined in polytraumatic patients. Examinations were conducted over a period of 8 months on Unit of the intensive care. The examination shall be subjected to a total of 20 patients with polytrauma different aged 15-64 years, 15 men and 5 women. The results were listed and evaluated examinations at 12 patients, the remaining patients could not be observed in the results of the work for missing data. Patients were examined twice during hospitalization, the basic length of the interval between inspections was 2 weeks. The results were statistically processed and evaluated the changes in some anthropometric parameters between the two measurement periods. Attention has been focused on prognostic indicators of nutritional status - the value of weight, BMI, left arm circumference, thickness of triceps skinfolds, FM (fat mass), FFM (fat- free...
Transsexuality and legal aspects of the change of sex
Šoltísová, Eva ; Císařová, Dagmar (advisor) ; Sovová, Olga (referee)
RESUMÉ Transsexualism and the Legal Aspects of Sex Change Transsexualism is a problem which most people consider to be sociological, psychological or medical. But transsexual people probably see on many occasions that it is also a problem of law. From the very first moment these people have to deal with a lot of inconveniences, such as disclosing their disorder to their families and friends as well as to their employers and officers, a lot of administrative problems, including changing their names, changing birth certificates and also problems such as using public restrooms during their "real-life test" or accomodation in a hospital or in a prison. In addition to that, as with every social minority, there is wide room for discrimination, hate crimes and in some countries even prosecution by the state. The sex reassignment can cause some other legal questions. Is there a right to a legal sex change for transsexual people? Can they marry after the sex change? Should they be able to adopt children? Should there be a right for a transsexual person to be registered as the father of a child who was born as a result of artificial insemination by donor? What happens with the birth certificate of a child when one of the parents changes sex? Lets look at this issue from another point of view. What are the conditions...

Tupac Amaru II and his conribution for the following circumstances in Peru
Psychodiagnostics in personnel psychology - Selection process for a position of Air traffic controller. (Analysis of success of candidate in training based on results of selected tests).
Šustíková, Klára ; Wagnerová, Irena (advisor) ; Štikar, Jiří (referee)
The first purpose of this study was to map the field of psychodiagnostic methods in the selection process for the position of Air traffic controller in selected countries in Central Europe. The second one was to see how differs the results of FEAST and psychological testing among different groups of candidates in relation to their success in training. This is a quantitative research. The method used in collecting data was the analysis of results of selected tests for individual candidates. The research was realized at 93 candidates who successfully completed the selection procedure for the position of the Air traffic controller at ŘLP Čr from 2005 - 2009. The data were analyzed using SPSS statistical program. In the vast majority of performance or personality tests did any statistically significant difference was not found between the group of successful and unsuccessful candidates in training. A statistically significant difference was detected in the scale "Noticed matches" in the FEAST test battery, where unsuccessful candidates scored above. Another one was discovered in the test CAQ in factor Q1: Radicalism, where successful candidates achieved lower scores than the unsuccessful. We believe that candidates who manage the selection procedure are so good that it is not possible their further...
Advanced methods of Linear Cryptanalysis
Říha, Jan ; Rudolf, Bohuslav (advisor) ; Hojsík, Michal (referee)
In the present work we study advanced methods of linear cryptanalysis. At the beginning, we describe the principle of Matsui's linear cryptanalysis, the two basic algorithms - Algorithm 1 and Algorithm 2, against DES cipher. Further it is described a generalization of linear cryptanalysis and consequently partitioning and statistical cryptanalysis. Then it is followed by a look on the linear approximations over the correlation matrices. Furthermore, we study an improvement of Matsui's Algorithm 2 using Fast Fourier transform, based on circulant matrices theory. Finally we deal multidimensional linear cryptanalysis that uses multiple linear approximations and in the very end we propose an own design of improvement of multidimensional extension of Algorithm 2 by using Fast Fourier transform.
Antioxidative effects of the analogues of nucleic acid components.
Procházková, Eliška ; Mertlíková Kaiserová, Helena (advisor) ; Zusková, Iva (referee)
Reactive oxygen species (ROS) naturally occur in the organisms where they play e.g. signaling and antimicrobial roles. The imbalance between ROS production and removal results in the oxidative stress. This condition is largely considered as unfavourable leading to the oxidative damage of the biomolecules (lipids, proteins, nucleic acids). The oxidative stress accompanies a number of civilization diseases and may also arise as a consequence of pharmacotherapy (side effects of some drugs). Modulation of the oxidative stress with the use of antioxidants remains a subject of intense research. The analogs of nucleic acid components represent a structurally diverse class of compounds with important pharmacological potential. While their antiviral and cytostatic activities have been described in detail, information on their potential antioxidant activity is missing. The aim of this study was to identify the antioxidant activity in a series of 126 analogs of nucleotides, nucleosides and nucleobases and to describe structural motives responsible for this activity. Several methodological approaches have been used to reach the goal: 1) determination of the ability of the compounds to scavenge ABTS radical in vitro (TEAC), 2) the influence of the compounds on lipid peroxidation and 3) their ability to...
Chronic Patients' Depression
Pečinková, Jana ; Šivicová, Gabriela (advisor) ; Loneková, Katarína (referee)
This thesis "Chronic Patients' Depression" looks into Alzheimer's disease patients' depression. Theoretical part focuses on topics of old age, dementia syndrome, Alzheimer's disease and depression. These topics are described also in their associations. Current researches in the field of study are mentioned too. Practical part deals with presence of depression in Alzheimer's persons. Hypothesis that depression is more frequent in early stage of dementia is tested. In the research there is used standardised method - Yesevage's Geriatric Depression Scale. Other methods which can bring new information is also used (Geriatric Depression Scale filled in by caring persons and structured observation). The outcome is 9,7% Alzheimer's patients suffer from depression. More persons with depression we can find in a group of Alzheimer's early stage however difference between group of early and advanced stage is not significant. This study occupies with assets of other methods for diagnostic of depression.
