Treatment of Peripheral Venous Input

The bachelor thesis deals with the treatment of peripheral venous catheters. The theoretical part is devoted to basic terms such as nursing care, peripheral venous catheter and complications associated with it. A lot of attention in this thesis is focused on nursing care prior to, during and after the application of the catheter. Furthermore, the thesis introduces us to complications of catheter sepsis resulting from nosocomial infections. In the practical part the quantitative method was used in the form of anonymous questionnaires and hidden observations. The survey was conducted at the Military University Hospital Prague at different intensive care units. The obtained results show that 50,00 % of the respondents use non-woven fabric for re-bandaging the peripheral venous catheter and 50,00 % of the respondents use a foil. Furthermore, it was found that 88,10 % of the respondents use gloves by the application of peripheral venous catheter and 82,14 % by re-bandaging.
On the use of correlates of German and Czech verbs

This bachelor thesis deals with the use of correlates of German and Czech verbs. First the theoretical part sums up the knowledge about correlates in form of pronouns es, das, dessen, dem and in form of pronominal adverbs, afterwards the Czech equivalents of correlates called correlativa are described. In both cases attention is payed to forms, functions, obligatoriness, optionality and position of correlates and correlativa. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the concrete language examples from the parallel corpus InterCorp and on the basis of these examples it explore and concludes in which way the use of correlates in German is coincident with the use of correlativa in Czech.
Child before the third year in a family and nursery

I focuse my dissertation on the differences in the behaviour of the child in a family and nursery. In the theoretical part is devoted to the definition of family, its development, function and the present form of the family. Another important part of the work is the study of peculiarities of children under the age of three from the perspective of ontogenetic psychology and get information about possibilities of day care for children under three years. For practical part is main case study of the observed child, wich was created by long- term observation and interview with mother. To compare was used the observation in nursery. The teacher beginner. Factors leaving education

The final work deals with the personality of teachers and the basic stressors, which make their work more difficult and which can be one of the reasons of resignation. In the practical part author used the questionnaires to find the rate of the load for the beginning teachers. Furthermore the final work provides suggestions how to reduce the stress, which is unfortunately a natural part of the teaching profession, or how to prevent it. The work is based on the literature listed at the end and on the questionnaire survey, which was performed with 49 respondents. Tender for teachers of vocational subjects

Irena Lhotková, Ph.D. ABSTRACT: The aim of this work is to introduce the competitive tendering procedures for the position of teachers of vocational subjects, exploring the use of these methods in secondary schools in region. The theoretical part describes the issue of the tender process and recommended its implementation. It describes jedenáctero tender, applicant tracking, using a variety of sources addressing, pre-selection and use of personal interviews, tests, references, and demonstration work as a method of selection of candidates. In the practical part of the research was carried out at public schools Ústí Region in the selection process. Based on the lessons learned was to evaluate the use of system processes respondents evaluate their results and alerts to problematic areas announced by the proceedings. Tooth decay prevention for preschool age children

Tooth cavity in childhood represents a significant problem of nowadays children. Prevention of tooth cavity is a compulsory requirement for a development of healthy teeth among children. Bachelor thesis has a theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis concerns anatomy, physiology and pathology of child's teeth, dental care and teeth cavity in early childhood, endangered children groups, prevention and complications with tooth cavities, hygiene of oral cavity, recommended nutrition and prevention programs. The aim of the empirical segment was to discover how the oral hygiene of pregnant mothers relates to that of their children, influence of early oral hygiene of children, merits of specific nutrition starting at birth, what influence does early dental care have. For the purpose of the research there has been used an anonymous form, in order of gathering the necessary data. The research group consisted of 70 mothers of preschool children (2-6 years of age), the research took place at a children dental ambulance at VFN Prague. History of Nursing in Mladá Boleslav Region

v anglickém jazyce This bachelor thesis investigates history of nursing in the region of Mladá Boleslav. The aim of the thesis is to shed the light on the history, development and the current state of nursing in the Mladá Boleslav region. The thesis is written from historical point of view. The thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter 1 describes the nursing care in prehistoric times and documents the prehistoric settlement of Mladá Boleslav. Chapter 2 focuses on the nursing in the Middle Ages and special attention is given to the formation of hospitals in Mladá Boleslav region. Chapter 3 describes the nursing from the period of Enlightment till the end of the First Republic. The chapter focuses on the cholera outbreak, the establishment of the military and district hospital and the psychiatric hospital. Chapter 4 discusses the nursing from the end of the World War II up to the present. The chapter analyzes the development of the district and psychiatric hospitals after the Second World War.
