Zubní kaz v dětském věku, představuje závažný problém současné dětské populace. Prevence zubního kazu je nutnou podmínkou vývoje zdravého chrupu a současně vývoje zdravých dětí. Bakalářská práce má teoreticko - empirický charakter. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na anatomii, fyziologii a patologii dětského chrupu, na stomatologickou péči a zubní kaz v časném dětství, rizikové skupiny dětí, prevenci a komplikace zubního kazu, hygienu dutiny ústní, výživová doporučení a preventivní programy. Cílem empirické části bylo zjistit úroveň prevence zubního kazu u dětí ve věku 2-6 let v rodině a v primární stomatologické péči. Zjistit úroveň prevence zubního kazu u matky dítěte v těhotenství příjem cukrů ve výživě dětí od narození do 6 let provádění zubní hygieny u dětí a zmapovat úroveň preventivní zubní péče. K uskutečnění výzkumného šetření byla použita kvantitativní metoda formou anonymního dotazníku. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 70 respondentek, matek dětí předškolního věku. Výzkum probíhal na dětské stomatologické ambulanci Fakultní polikliniky VFN v Praze. Byly zjištěny individuální rozdíly v přístupu respondentek ke způsobu provádění prevence zubního kazu, ve znalostech o zubní hygieně a v oblasti stravování dětí. Z výzkumného šetření i přes tyto rozdíly vyplynula dostatečná úroveň prevence zubního... Tooth cavity in childhood represents a significant problem of nowadays children. Prevention of tooth cavity is a compulsory requirement for a development of healthy teeth among children. Bachelor thesis has a theoretical and empirical character. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis concerns anatomy, physiology and pathology of child's teeth, dental care and teeth cavity in early childhood, endangered children groups, prevention and complications with tooth cavities, hygiene of oral cavity, recommended nutrition and prevention programs. The aim of the empirical segment was to discover how the oral hygiene of pregnant mothers relates to that of their children, influence of early oral hygiene of children, merits of specific nutrition starting at birth, what influence does early dental care have. For the purpose of the research there has been used an anonymous form, in order of gathering the necessary data. The research group consisted of 70 mothers of preschool children (2-6 years of age), the research took place at a children dental ambulance at VFN Prague.
