A set of activities and games for the development of preschloolers' mathematical literacy

This thesis discusses the importance of developing mathematical thinking in children of preschool age. The work offers a set of activities and games that can be used when working with children to develop mathematical ideas. It can serve as a reservoir for beginning teachers, as well as teachers with pedagogical experience. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the development of a preschool child, pre-mathematical activities, and the characteristics of the current concept of preschool education, including the development of mathematical preliteracy in the motor, cognitive, and emotional areas. The practical part contains a set of activities and games that are divided into individual areas of developing mathematical literacy. This file is verified in practice and is reflected in detail.
Non-traditional rhythmical musical instruments

Bachelor thesis Non-traditional musical rhythmic instruments are engaged in the use of everyday subjects to perform elementary instrumental activities in kindergarten. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the musical development of preschool children, the musical activities used in kindergarten, and the creation and playing of suitable non-traditional musical instruments. The practical part focuses on implementing a weekly plan aimed at using everyday subjects for musical activities. These activities are adapted to children 3-4 years old. The conclusion of this week's plan is self-reflection and reflection by the teacher. It also includes a questionnaire for kindergarten teachers. The aim of this questionnaire is to find out if and how they work with non-traditional musical instruments.
The risk of learning disability in preschool children with communication disorders

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the risk of specific learning disabilities based on the partial function deficits in preschool children with communication disorders. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the terminology closely related to communication disorders. In addition, the thesis defines and clarifies the terminology of specific learning disabilities, their subdivisions as sell as describes the deficits of the partial function deficits, which are related to them. In the practical part, the course of the research investigation is described, and the analysis of the results is also carried out. The qualitative research was conducted in a preschool institute, and with the consent of the legal guardians of the participating children, individual anamneses of each children were taken. Subsequently, the diagnostic method of B. Sindelar, its evaluation and comparison with other individuals was carried out. The thesis also attempts to compare with the results published in the available literature on a similar topic. It concludes by offering early re-education options for children who are at risk of school failure due to identified impairments. Various psychological aspects of children's drawings

This diploma thesis focuses on the psychological aspects of drawings of preschool children from complete and incomplete families. In the theoretical part the child's drawing is described as one of the basic manifestations of the semiotic function and it emphasized its importance in the process of cognitive maturation. Drawing is also taken into consideration as a projective diagnostic method. In the research part we interpret drawings by children of different ages in the preschool period with an emphasis on cognitive maturity of the individual and family relations with consideration to the projective function of drawings. The results may lead to a better understanding of children's perception thanks to the interpretation of various drawings.
Development of personality in preschool and younger school-age children from the perspective of analytical psychology

This bachelor thesis is focused on personality development of preschool and school aged children from the analytical psychology perspective. The concept of personality and some of the chosen psychological theories from different schools of psychology are described in the theoretical part. Afterwards the thesis describes Jung's view on a child, Neumann's theory of the origins of consciousness and Fordham's opinions gained from his lifelong work with children. Because the main source of this thesis is the analytical psychology, next chapters focus mainly on symbolical and imaginatory actions of children and how these actions could influence their development of personality. A research project is being proposed as the outcome of the thesis. Within this project I suggest to investigate the children's personality development using two projective methods, The Fairy tale test and The Scenotest. Potential risks of joint custody of pre-school child

The present bachelor's thesis deals with the possible risks of joint custody of preschool children. At the beginning there are some notes on family and the factors which can lead to its break-up. Then the three possible after-divorce arrangements which are allowed by the current legal regulation of the Czech Republic are defined and described. The core of the thesis is the chapter on joint custody, which describes its most frequently cited advantages and shortcomings which also presents previous research into this topic. The next chapter describes selected areas of the preschool period of child development, which are linked to the divorce of the parents, and to the pros and cons of joint custody. Emphasis is placed on the risks of this after-divorce arrangement, which should be taken into account by parents, as well as by courts. The final part of the thesis is the proposal for a research project in this field.

This thesis entitled Support of child cognitive development in home and school environment with focus on mnemonics outlines the theories of the cognitive development of preschool and school age. Also includes a summary of characteristics of these age periods. This thesis also includes the presentation of selected approaches to cognitive development, such as conceptual learning, or Learning Power, both from a theoretical as well as practical perspective. The practical part of this work is based on the application of training Loci technique and determining their impact on improving cognitive functions in children at primary school, aged 6-12 years. Usage and Application of Fairy Tale Test in Czech Republic (for the boys from capital city 6-12 years old)

in English Usage and Application of Fairy Tale Test in Czech Republic (for the boys from capital city 6-12 years old) This graduate work deals with the Fairy Tale Test and its application in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part presents characteristics of children in preschool, early school and middle school age. This section is concerned with importance of the fairy tales for children and emphasis is especially laid on fairy tales that uses the Fairy Tale Test. It presents the problems with children's diagnosis and introduces the Fairy Tale Test. The empirical part deals with the practical use of the Fairy Tale Test in the Czech Republic. Test was used in 60 boys aged 6-12 years from the capital city. The obtained data of children 6-7 years old was compared with data of another region. The data of 8-12 years old was compared with the CPQ and Questionnaire style education using correlation analysis. The data show that the Fairy Tale test is a good diagnostic tool with broad application also in the Czech Republic. Hopefully it will be soon standardized for the Czech Republic. Tactile perception children with severe visual impairment through application of STIP test

The aim of this thesis was to provide a comprehensive summary of findings and statistical results of verification of visually impaired children's tactile abilities in preschool age (5 - 8 years), early school age (9 - 12 years) and older school age (13 - 17 years) using STIP tests I. - III. (Speed of Tactile Information Processing). The STIP test, taken from the English original, is converted into Braille and testing reading abilities of numerals. The test assesses accuracy - error making in lines, rate and concentration.
