Strength Analysis of Turbocharger Rotor of Stationary Internal Combustion Engine

Turbocharger rotors are highly stressed components exposed to significant thermo-mechanical loads. This thesis provides a literature review of this issue concerning turbocharger rotors and focuses on the thermal field analysis and structural analysis of the turbocharger rotor of a stationary internal combustion engine under different steady-state operating conditions, especially under maximum thermo-mechanical load. The analysis was conducted using Ansys Mechanical software, which allows for the calculation of the thermal field as well as the identification and evaluation of critical areas of the rotor using the finite element method. The result of the thesis is an assessment of the rotor's safety, including the risk of loosening the rings preloaded on the rotor shaft.

The last part is devoted to the independent business plan and all necessary details for its implementation, including an evaluation.

Information Extraction from Wikipedia

The goal of this thesis is to reduce the number of unknown referenced entities in Czech Wikipedia articles. This has been achieved by using some existing solutions, created by the KNOT research group at FIT BUT, and then by creating a set of programs. These programs are automatically run every month, when a new version of Wikipedia is released. They will automatically add new names to the knowledge base, generate their derived forms, and edit the articles themselves directly on Wikipedia.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí lunárního vozidla. V práci jsou popsány případy reálného použití lunárního vozidla. Dála se práce zabývá konstrukcí podvozku lunárního vozidla. Úkolem konstrukční části je návrh ideálního podvozku pro měsíční povrch s důrazem na hmotnost a jednoduchost provedení. Konstrukční řešení jsou následně podrobena analýze za účelem dosáhnutí efektivních výsledků.

At the end of the work, based on the analysis of the current state of the company, i will give suggestions for recommendations for improving the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the employee remuneration system in a particular company. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical foundations of employee remuneration, which were drawn from the relevant literature. In the second part, an analysis is made of the current state of remuneration in the selected company, taking into account the internal and external influences that shape this system. The final part of the paper presents suggestions for adjustments to the reward system that should lead to better employee satisfaction and loyalty.

This thesis, divided into three parts, studies the development of a communication mix for the selected company Knihobot, s. r. o., which is currently expanding to the Austrian market. The company specializes in the sale of refurbished books. The first part includes the theoretical framework related to the studied issues. The following section is an analytical part focused on the current company's position. The former is separated into two main parts: microenvironment and macroenvironment analyses. This chapter also includes marketing research conducted using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The final part presents original proposals based on the analytical section, focusing on the communication mix for the Austrian market.

Přehled základních myšlenek a teoretických poznatků souvisejících s problematikou projektového řízení naleznete v teoretické části. Druhá část se zabývá konkurencí, marketingem, udržitelností podniku a také analýzou současné situace. Třetí část zahrnuje návrhy a příspěvky. Jednotlivé techniky, přístupy a nástroje byly vybrány tak, aby byly pro tento konkrétní projekt co nejpřínosnější.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the information system of a selected pharmacy and the subsequent proposal for its improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes important concepts for better understanding of the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current state of the information system in the pharmacy with the help of selected analyses. The results of the analyses serve as a basis for the design part, where solutions to the system's deficiencies are presented and then the costs and benefits of the proposed solution are shown.

Currently, housing is becoming an inaccessible commodity, particularly for socially and economically weaker groups of the population and young people. This problem is primarily caused by high demand and low supply on the housing market. The state and local governments play a significant role in this issue. Especially in creating legal frameworks for supporting or protecting citizens or supporting construction and managing the city's housing stock. The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively analyze the functioning of the municipal rental housing system in Vienna, identify the factors affecting the housing market and compare housing policies between Vienna and other cities.
