Title: The marketing plan of fitness center Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad. Objectives: The main aim of the dimploma thesis is to construct a marketing plan for fitness center Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad for the year 2017. The proposed marketing strategy, including the implementation plan will be directed to achieve marketing and business goals of the organization. Methods: For analysis of the microenvironment is used Porter matrix. Analysis of macroenvironment is done with the help of PEST analysis. For the analysis of competition is used marketing mix. The criteria of marketing mix are score and they are assigned to the appropriate weight. Already mentioned methods will form the basis for the creation of a SWOT analysis. Within Ansoff matrix is determined by the marketing strategy, which is supported by the research of customer satisfaction. Results: The result of this work is complete marketing plan of Expreska Jiřího z Poděbrad for the year 2017, which includes the necessary requirements and can serve as a tool for achieving the goals of the organization. Title: AC Sparta Praha futsal marketing mix and proposals for the improvement Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor work was to examine a marketing mix of AC Sparta Prague futsal club and based on the acquired information propose measures which will lead to the improvement of the current situation as well as the bigger public interest. Methods: In the theoretical part was an analysis of documents applied. A structured interview with open questions was used to acquire basic information about the club, the current marketing mix and the information needed for the executed analyses. Based on the observation of "A" team matches, the case study and the study of documents the survey of club environment conditions was conducted. PEST analysis and the analysis of sources were used for club environment analysis. SWOT analysis was created to sum up all found out information. Results: Results have displayed unprofitable functioning of AC Sparta Prague futsal club and deficiencies in the marketing mix, primarily in a club merchandising, accompanying program and promotion. Title: Strategic plan of the beach volleyball complex in Prague 5 Objectives: The aim of this master thesis is to create a strategic plan for a beach volleyball complex in Prague 5, which was described and proposed in the bachelor thesis on which this thesis builds. Methods: The first two analyses focus primarily on data obtained from research and studies of Prague 5 and Prague 13, as well as data from the bachelor thesis "Financial Plan for the Construction of a Beach Volleyball Complex". The subsequent SWOT analysis is then based on the results of these previous analyses. Results: No significant obstacles were identified in terms of demographics, amenities and competition. Developing the potential of sports tourism in South Bohemia

Title: Developing the potential of sports tourism in South Bohemia Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to make recommendations for the development of sports tourism in the South Bohemia region. Methods: The main methods in the analytical part were qualification, content and comparative analysis of the available data. Based on these data, a SWOT analysis was determined, which best describes the current state of tourism in South Bohemia. Furthermore, the SWOT analysis was compared with the official SWOT analysis of the region. All this data served as a basis for the brainstorming of the specialised group. At the same time, the SWOT analysis was scored by a tourism expert from higher education and a final discussion of the suggestions and recommendations resulting from the research was also conducted with this expert. Results: The South Bohemia region has a high potential for sports tourism, especially for outdoor sports. However, all basic tourism services (accommodation, catering and transport) show potential for improvement. At the same time, the promotion of the region should be strengthened to motivate more visitors who generate additional financial resources. Marketing plan for a new business Room Therapy focusing on interior design

The bachelor thesis "Marketing plan for a new company Room Therapy with a focus on interior design" proposes changes to the current marketing plan. The marketing plan will serve as a basis for the future direction of the company. The thesis presents the basic principles of creating a marketing plan and its key elements. In addition, the results from the in-depth interview, the Scoring Model and the subsequent SWOT analysis were used to define the marketing plan proposal. The result of the thesis is a detailed action plan, including a proposed budget, which can help the company to achieve the set goals and thus solve the current problem areas of the company. The main outcome of the thesis is to suggest changes and strengthen the functional tools of the firm's marketing plan that can help the firm grow and achieve higher profits in the long run.
Utilization of the LIRSPE protocol as a self-assessment tool for teachers regarding the integration of SEN students into inclusive PE classes

Title: Utilization of the LIRSPE protocol as a self-assessment tool for teachers regarding the integration of SEN students into inclusive PE classes Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to use specific teacher self-assessment tools (LIRSPE protocol, SWOT analysis) to analyse the level of effort demonstrated by teachers in integrating students with special educational needs (SEN) into inclusive PE classes. Methods: Within a theoretical-empirical research framework, a survey was conducted using mixed research methods with 4 respondents - teachers of inclusive PE at the secondary level of primary schools in Prague/Central Bohemian Region, who had a student with physical/sensory disabilities integrated into their class. Data collection methods included the LIRSPE protocol, SWOT analysis and a professional questionnaire accompanied by interview. Results: The data obtained from the LIRSPE protocol indicated that the effort demonstrated by teachers was above average to excellent, as the mean overall score was 4.1. Three out of four teachers identified the LIRSPE protocol as a beneficial tool, while the provided unofficial Czech translation version was rated as understandable by all respondents. The first part contains theoretical solutions, objectives and methodology. The second part of thesis is focused on analyzed company and information from theory which are used here to calculate financial analysis. Third part of thesis submits own proposals to improve current situation of the company.

The analytical part applies selected research and analytical methods to data obtained from both primary and secondary sources, providing an evaluation of the current situation of the company. The proposal section concentrates on suggesting a specific strategy and its assessment.
