Škopková, Pavla ; Krykorková, Hana (advisor) ; Běhalová, Andrea (referee)
This Master thesis aims to solve the question of developmentally-creative possibilities in the schooling process. This question is contextualized education of socially disadvantaged pupils. Because in shaping the learning competencies, this area is not developed enough and specific methods are somewhat rigid, it will be introduced one of the option how to to develop learning skills and abilities of the pupils , and which are in the teaching competencies deemed as essential. With the intention to point out the limitless possibilities of developing pupil's learning potential, the text focuses on the theoretical and conceptual bases, which constitute the entire program. The program is the instrumental set of tools that lead to the activation of cognitive structures and their subsequent enrichment. Therefore, except the theoretical foundations are also presented cognitive strategies metacognitive training that simplify cognitive modifiability, and that lead to the development of pupils' learning potential.

Socio - economic impact on self nurses
Štraubová, Kateřina ; Marsová, Jana (advisor) ; Vidovičová, Helena (referee)
This paper discusses the influence of the social and financial awards on the self-assessment of nurses. In the theoretical part I deal with explanation of terms as self-konception, self-respect, prestige and social status of the profession. Since the prestige of the profession influences besides other things historical development of professions, I have been also interested in the history of nursing. To be able to measure the economic effects of self-reflection of the nurses, I compared the amount of the financial evaluation of selected professional groups in the country. In the practical part I have found out nurses' opinion to view their financial assessment with regard to educational achievement and job description and their opinion on membership in a particular social group. I also wonder, as a general nurse assesses the media image of their profession and what is most troubling to him. I also tried to determine what is the most common motivation for general nurses to remain in their profession. For this project, I have chosen the technique of quantitative research, the method of anonymous questionnaire of my own design. Research conducted in the period from 1st October to 15th October 2011. I have distributed questionnaires in the Faculty Hospital Bulovka in Prague, Department of Radiation...

The process of supervision in training in cognitive behavioral therapy and expectations of supervisors and those supervisees from supervisit
Vyskočilová, Jana ; Praško Pavlov, Ján (advisor) ; Kožnar, Jan (referee)
Bc. Jana Vyskočilová, FHS Řízení a supervize, Abstrakt k diplomové práci. ABSTRACT The first part of the study deals with theoretical issues of supervision, especially supervision in cognitive behavioral therapy. The practical part is focused to mapping the expectations of supervision of trainees of CBT training in various phases of their training (after 1 year of training and after the fourth year of training, prior to training) and expectations of supervision of trainees training in CBT supervision. ABSS (Attitudes and Beliefs about Supervision Scale) was used as an evaluation instrument to assessed the expectations and beliefs of supervision. The expectations of probands with different experience in supervision were compared to find out where are consensual and where differ. The results show that trainees in supervision (Supervisors) emphasize particularly the importance of self-reflection and structures, Intermediate and advanced training students differ in their attitudes and expectations of supervision minimally (increased emphasis on counter-transference in intermediate students). Probands who are just going into training and have no previous experiences with supervision generally have higher expectations of supervision than trainees, who are already undergoing training. The finding that...
Electronic portfolio as the main support tool for pupils' evaluation and self-assessment
Fuglík, Viktor ; Černochová, Miroslava (advisor) ; Slavík, Jan (referee) ; Kalaš, Ivan (referee)
The focus of this dissertation is the pupil's portfolio, primarily in electronic portfolio form, and its use in education. The research study considers that the e-portfolio as a means of support for evaluation has considerable didactic potential and its implementation into learning and teaching could improve the effects of evaluation, as well as fostering pupil's self-assessment and self-reflection. The study deals with the definition of the pupil's portfolio as a didactic means of support for evaluation; the structure and functional specifications are identified, and there is verification of ways of using an electronic portfolio as a tool for pupil's self-assessment and self-reflection. Both practical and theoretical methods were used in this study in order to verify if and under what conditions an electronic portfolio can be used to enhance the quality of evaluation in schools and to support the processes and outcomes of pupil's evaluation, self-assessment and self-reflection within the school environment. By developing further the concept of a pupil's portfolio this thesis seeks to contribute to the development of pedagogy, specifically in the area of didactics and in evaluation in schools.
