The first part of the thesis is a theoretical overview composed from various professional sources. It deals with the issue of importance of art for personal development and it also written in the context of today. Thesis speaks about selected moments from the history and function of art. It also mentions the art therapy and more. Peak is in the effect of dramatic arts and psychosomatic disciplines. The second part of the thesis is a proposal of empirical research. The focus is the human voice and it's potential link to a personal development.
Dance education as children's leisure activity

1 Abstract This thesis is focused on the influence dance education has on pre-school children. The author tries to look at both the potential benefits and drawbacks dance education can bring to children of that age group. Dance education is analysed not only generally as a leisure activity but also as a specific juvenile activity. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to the situation in contemporary stage dance from which methodology of dance education is derived. The practical part adds in some views of different people who have their own experience with dance education varying from a member of dance ensemble through the parents of children undergoing dance education to a professional expert in the field. The work shows how stimulating environment for personal development of pre-school children dance education offers. The amount of potential reached within such activities is firmly related to the personality of each particular pedagogue.

Bachelor thesis describes the essential characteristics of New Age in terms of historical circumstances, the theoretical bases of authors, the way of membership and sources of inspiration. The author examines how this phenomenon corresponds to the post-modern features of the present, how is reflected in the lifestyle and culture of society, particularly as it absorbs the current practice of adult education - leisure education, professional training and life support. At the conclusion of the mentioned possible pitfalls and paradoxes of the New Age concept.

Anotace: Tématem této bakalářské práce je profil manažera a možnosti jeho rozvoje. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí, které mají vliv na definování této problematiky. V první části jsou popsány pojmy management a manažer. Dalším krokem je sestavení samotného profilu manažera (ten je rozdělen na profil pracovní, profil společenský a profil osobní). Popisuji tedy, co všechno obnáší kvalitní práce manažera, jaký na něj má vliv společnost a svět celkově a jak ho ovlivňuje to, jakou má povahu a charakter. V práci je také část zaměřená na rozvoj a vzdělávání manažerů. Zmiňuji zde, proč je pro manažery rozvoj důležitý a jaké existují metody rozvíjení. Cílem práce bylo sestavit teoretický profil manažera, definovat rozvojové možnosti a inspirovat k samotnému rozvíjení se. Competences and their development in the new scout educational program

The thesis deals with the development of key competences through Scout training. It focuses on the transformation of educational program in the Junák - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part describes the history, the mission and ideals of Scouting. It deals with the development of Scouting in Czechoslovakia (or the Czech Republic) after 1990 and also explains how Junák is perceived by the public. It was found out by studies that were done in 2003. This thesis compares the historical and current educative documents that are used to support the development of children and young people's personalities. The thesis describes the initial impulses that led to the program's modification. Also the system of competences, which is essential for the new program, is developed in the thesis. The practical part contains instructions and suggestions for effective development of skills and deals with the further education for scout leaders. The work is accompanied by attachments that contain examples of previous and modern materials and a table summarizing the development of competences.

This work is focused on the possibilities of linking methods of coaching and physical therapy in the field of psychological personal development. The author explains the concepts related to coaching and physical therapy and introduces to the reader the current situation in these two interconnected fields. The aim of this work is to find out if and how to use the coaching techniques in physical therapy. The rate of utilization of these techniques is verified by a qualitative survey.
