The thesis is mainly based on the practical part - exclusively created card game Piktim. The card game uses association and imagination to tell stories. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of terms: game, chance and story. The didactical part prsents possible usage of the cards for education especially in the field of expression and imagination. Game Principles in Czech Improv Theatre

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is a reception of the czech improv theatre through game principles categories as Roger Caillois, the french sociologist, has defined them. The author of the thesis discover every single principle (mimicry, alea, agon, ilinx) in creations of some important personalities and subjects of czech improv theatre (Vlasta Burian, V+W, Ivan Vyskočil, Jaroslav Dušek, Improliga). Despite of strict quailification made by Caillois, she finds those principles functional together in a harmony. In the early chapters she tries to define the game phenomenon using various conception of the game from philosophical and sociological aspect. In addition, she distinguish the improvisation concept between improv in author's theatre and improv as the theatre sport. In the end of the thesis, she pays attention also to the role of entertainer which is the connecting character among all examined ways of improv theatre.
Prague theatre topography

Prague's theatre topography The aim of this paper is to present and describe the theatrical life of Prague during the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, and how it evolved, grew and changed throughout that time. The following pages describe what the theatre meant to Czech people during the National Revival, from which came the tradition of Czech puppet theatre, and look at the beginnings of professional theatre in Bohemia. This thesis will also detail the important contribution of prominent celebrities in Czech 19th century theatre, including Jan Nepomuk Štěpánek, Václav Kliment Klicpera and Josef Kajetan Tyl. Prague Theatre of the 20th century is described in the third chapter. In each individual chapter, emphasis is placed on periods with artistic and historical significance. The practical part is devoted to a list of theatre stages located in both Prague's Old and New Towns during the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. This section outlines three walking tours with a theatrical theme, each representing a different time period and providing a trail marked on a map. Development of Play in Children with Multiple Disabilities

This thesis is focused on the play in children with multiple disabilities. The aim is to summarize theoretical bases and current findings in this topic, to help extend this findings and to highlight the importace of play for children with multiple disabilities. In the context of the theory, findings of research and methodologically oriented publications is a play in children with multiple disabilities explored through the case study, which involve the analysis of play four preschool children with multiple disabilities in children's daily rehabilitation care. The thesis attention to the specifics of play in children with multiple disabilities, how is development of play in these children is and what factors influence the development. A look at the history of art and a genesis of artist's position , which was projected into the portraiting themselves. A comparison with an actual understanding of an artists role in a modern world. An effect of a personality psychology on a self-reflexion in the art creation. Application of self-portrait as artefiletic medium in pedagogical practise.
Leisure time activities during summer holiday

The thesis deals with summer camps as an important sort of leisure time activity done by children during their summer holidays and it concentrates on developing of a programme for summer camps. The aim is to give recommendations and tips for developing a programme to other groups who are concerned with preparing summer camp activities. These recommendations and tips are based on the proposal of the author`s wholecamp game, which was verified in practice, and on the results of the questionnaire. The theoretical part concentrates on leisure time, leisure time education, summer camp organization and mainly on games. The practical part includes the concept of the verified wholecamp game and the questionnaire survey, which finds out if camp leaders manage to estimate which games are preferred by children and what the children`s evaluation of a camp is going to be.
Plays with toy cars and dolls from the perspective of the activity theory

The thesis is focused on plays of preschool children with toy cars and dolls in kindergarten. The work is based especially on the activity theory. According to it the game is an essential activity of children and it has an influence on their development. Knowing that the game can be beneficial for children, I set as the main objective of the work to find out which actions with toys are performed and which areas they may develop. The work is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents basis of the work. It contains four main chapters which deal with the preschool period, toy and play in a child's life and play from the perspective of the activity theory. The qualitative research is described in the empirical part. The main method for acquiring data was observation. I observed 30 plays total that were analyzed subsequently. Interviews were conducted as additional method. The research sample consisted of 15 children. On the basis of play analysis I have found out that toys were used individually or in the gender homogeneous groups. Gender mixed play was observed only in two cases during a play with car/train toys. Boys played both with car toys and dolls. Girls played with dolls, they did not choose car toys on their own.
