Financial education mechanism of handicapped pupils at secondary schools

The thesis deals with problems of disabled pupils'education financing at secondary schools. Its aim is to create the integral survey about the disabled pupils'schooling, to compare and analyse normative financing of the most expanded educational specialization in accordance with regions. Theoretical part includes national educational concepts and programs directed at handicapped pupils. Besides detailed characterization of the health troubles'single types there are also described institutial schooling and normative financing of handicapped pupils. There are the analysed reports of MŠMT (Ministry of education and youth's psychical education) about handicapped pupils at the research part. Charts and graphs contain datas of pupils in the Czech republic according to health trouble's type, number of pupils at special classrooms and of integrated pupils during 2007-2012. The inseparable component of the research there is survey of pupils'schooling in accordance with the schools'promoters. Conclusion is devoted to detailed comparison of normative financing of the most expanded educational specialization 65-51-E/01 Stravovací a ubytovací služby (The board and accommodational service) in the first place for mental disabled pupils and pupils suffering with developmental disorders of learning and behaviour.
Issue of taking leave for teaching and non-teaching staff

This bachelor degree thesis deals with the planning of annual leave for teaching and non-teaching staff and with their taking leave in different types of schools and educational establishments in the district of Havlíčkův Brod run by municipalities, in relation to valid legal regulations. It is based on the assumption that annual leave is planned for the purpose of using up all leave of all employees in the year when they are entitled to take it. The thesis summarizes the reasons for which not all annual leave is taken, looks at the compliance with legal regulations and tries to find out in which parts of schools and in which categories of staff the biggest problems with taking annual leave arise and how this affects the school budget. The results of the research survey could be applied in the vocational education of headmasters and headmistresses.
Status and Education of Headmasters in the historical context

This diploma thesis deals with the areas of the position and education of head teachers in the historical context. It views the development of head teaching professions on our territory in individual periods and also presents the picture of head teachers' education. The thesis provides information which deal with the development of the society in the relationship towards education and also respecting individual participants of the education and upbringing processes. In the thesis selected monographs, expert texts, laws, legal regulations and school documents are used. The findings were compiled into thematic units arranged chronologically and according to historical development. The contribution of this thesis is to create a brief overview of the development of the head teacher's position which will be possible to be used for a more detailed study of the subject field. Qualification and personal prerequisites for the profession of vocational training teacher

This bachelors thesis deals with the qualification and personal prerequisites for the profession of vocational training teacher. It points out not only the qualification of the pedagogical worker, his legal constraints and possible exceptions, obligations and rights but also his preconditions, which are a vital part of the teaching profession. The work aims to show the importance of quality education of teachers of vocational training both in terms of vocational and pedagogical, which should be an integral part of the requirements for teachers in Czech education system. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The former further is divided into three chapters, and the latter is consisted of a case study. The first chapter deals with the qualifications of pedagogical staff, their exceptions, obligations and rights of teachers. The second focuses on the teacher's personality. So the prerequisites for the profession's performance, the typology and temperament of the teacher are addressed. The third compares the course of the pedagogical minimum, its content, the range of information, knowledge and skills with the bachelor's study. School Administration Motivating Teachers - a Case Study

The current situation on the labor market is not easy for any organization, there is little free labor, but it is possible to work to ensure that employees are satisfied. The aim of this diploma thesis was to find weaknesses in the motivation of employees by management and to propose recommendations to increase the motivation of teachers in a selected primary school. Methodologically, a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire survey were used in the work. In the examined school, the motivation of employees is mainly based on the school management or colleagues. Motivation by the school management is rather random, as the potential of various motivational tools is not used. There are shortcomings in the transparency of remuneration, in the provision of remuneration for voluntary or similar activities, this leads to misunderstandings or feelings of injustice with remuneration. Communication problems, which are mainly related to the lack of feedback, have a demotivating effect, and there are problems in conflicts with parents, when the school management does not provide sufficient support to teachers in such a case.
