Bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalifikačními a osobnostními předpoklady pro výkon povolání učitele odborného výcviku. Snaží se poukázat nejen na kvalifikovanost pedagogického pracovníka, jeho zákonné podmínky a případné výjimky, povinnosti a práva, ale také na jeho osobnostní předpoklady, které jsou podstatnou součástí učitelské profese. Cílem práce je poukázat na důležitost kvalitního vzdělání učitelů odborného výcviku jak po stránce odborné, tak po stránce pedagogické, které by mělo být nedílnou součástí požadavků pro výkon povolání v českém školství. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která se dále dělí na tři kapitoly, a praktickou částí je kazuistika. První kapitola se zabývá kvalifikačními předpoklady pedagogických pracovníků, jejich výjimkami, povinnostmi a právy pedagogů. Druhá je zaměřena na osobnost učitele, jsou zde řešeny předpoklady pro výkon profese, typologie učitele a temperament. Třetí porovnává kurz pedagogického minima, jeho obsahovou složku, rozsah informací, vědomostí a dovedností s bakalářským studiem. Praktická část je kazuistikou zaměstnanců SOU Sedlčany. Zde jsem se zaměřil na jejich dosažené vzdělání, počet let pedagogické praxe, prohlubování a rozšiřování odborné a pedagogické způsobilosti v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání. This bachelors thesis deals with the qualification and personal prerequisites for the profession of vocational training teacher. It points out not only the qualification of the pedagogical worker, his legal constraints and possible exceptions, obligations and rights but also his preconditions, which are a vital part of the teaching profession. The work aims to show the importance of quality education of teachers of vocational training both in terms of vocational and pedagogical, which should be an integral part of the requirements for teachers in Czech education system. The work consists of a theoretical and practical part. The former further is divided into three chapters, and the latter is consisted of a case study. The first chapter deals with the qualifications of pedagogical staff, their exceptions, obligations and rights of teachers. The second focuses on the teacher's personality. So the prerequisites for the profession's performance, the typology and temperament of the teacher are addressed. The third compares the course of the pedagogical minimum, its content, the range of information, knowledge and skills with the bachelor's study. The practical part is a case study of SOU Sedlčany employees. I have focused on their education, years of pedagogical practice, deepening and expanding...
