Online marketing communication of a selected sports club

Title: Online marketing communication of a selected sports club Objectives: The main goal of this work is to propose measures to improve and modernize the marketing communication of the FbŠ Bohemians club in the online environment based on the identification of problem areas and shortcomings of current marketing communication. Methods: A qualitative method of data collection was used in the work. Specifically, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the marketing director, followed by three other semi-structured interviews with fans of the selected club. In addition to the interviews, an analysis of social networks and the club's website was also performed. Results: The result of the bachelor thesis is a proposal of measures to improve online marketing communication in the club. The most important suggestions include improving the writing of articles, especially those that are published after the match, continue using Facebook stories and publishing more content in the form of shorter videos. Suggestions for improvement are based on the identified shortcomings that resulted from the qualitative research. The influence of sports activities in childhood on floorball performance in adulthood

Title: The influence of sports activities in childhood on floorball performance in adulthood. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to find out what effect have previous sports activities run in childhood on floorball performance in adulthood. From what points of view could these sports activities (competitive and non-competitive) affect their performance in adulthood and their impact at the highest level. Methods: Quantitative research, in which I will use the sent electronic questionnaires to analyze the data obtained and explain their impact on the issue. Results: The results show that the sports which played the highest floorball competition players and floorball representation players are most often football, tennis and ice hockey. Players in non-competitive sports activities show a wider spectrum and a greater participation in multiple sports at once. Since the age of 12, most players have been specialized in floorball. The players of the highest floorball competition affected their game performance in adulthood by participating in various sports activities in childhood. Anterior cruciate ligament rupture in women floorball extraleague players in Czech and Slovak republic - analysis of influences

Title: Anterior cruciate ligament rupture in women floorball extraleague players in Czech and Slovak republic - analysis of influences Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the main influences on the anterior cruciate ligament rupture in top-level women floorball players in the Czech and Slovak top leagues, with the main focus on the length of player's active career and average week load, including a comparison of incidences of the injury in both countries. Methods: Data collection was done using an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire in electronic form. The research group included 209 top women floorball players aged 15-35 years. 135 players played in the Czech extraleague and 74 in the Slovak extraleague. All 20 teams registered in the highest women's floorball competitions of both countries during season 2021/2022 took part in the research. Results: The results showed a predominance of non-contact injuries (75 %), repeated anterior cruciate ligament rupture occurred in 42.5 % of cases. The effect of the player's active career length (long-term repetitive tissue microtrauma) on the injury was confirmed. Changes in Selected Motor Skills in Floorball Players in the Period of the Covid-19 Pandemic

IN ENGLISH The submitted thesis deals with changes in selected motor skills in older school-age floorball players. The aim is to compare the changes that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic and to evaluate the impact on current sports performance. We used commonly used tests to test individual periods and only then used them to detect differences after restrictive measures. The thesis provides a comparison of the resulting performances of individual players obtained as part of the regular testing of players of the FbŠ Bohemians floorball team, which measures the level of motor skills. First before the Covid-19 pandemic in the autumn of 2020 and then after the release in the spring of 2021. The research may be a useful guide for a realistic view of how much the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the sports component of children and adolescents in society. The results showed a significant deterioration in almost all of the parameters studied and confirmed that the player's physical activity worsened.
Efect of compensatory exercises on female floorball players - category women, Czech top league

Title: Efect of compensatory exercises on female floorball players - category women, Czech top league Objectives: Diagnose muscles with a tendency to shorten and weaken and take the basic anthropometric parameters of female floorball players. Build a stack of exercises focusing on problem areas that are not difficult to perform and don't require correction of another person. Methods: A case study in which we watched the female floorball players aged 18-32 years. Diagnose of shortened and weakened muscles was performed according to Janda muscle function test, method pretest - posttest. The measured values from pretest were compared with posttest values. In the meantime the intervention program (form of compensatory exercises) was applied on female floorball players. Results: 70% of the players were identified estimated muscle imbalances that arise from the nature of this sport. It has been shown that two months of exercise can positively affect shortened and weakened muscle. The change of the degree of "short" to "unshorted" occurred in 41% of muscles. Then evaluate image also on the basis of views of general public, obtained through marketing research and SWOT analysis. By using these analyses define the proposals for the image improvement.
Comparison Image of Brand Salming in Czech Republic and Denmark

Title: Comparison brand image of Salming in Czech Republic and Denmark Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to compare the image of the brand Salming in Czech Republic and Denmark, on the basis of the general floorball public perception that floorball brand in those countries. Another objective of the thesis is to present proposals and recommendations, that should lead to improved brand image Salming. Methods: For the purpose of this thesis was made marketing research. There was obtained the necessary data through written interviewing method, by questionnaire form. Then was data, from Czech Repulic and Denmark obtained, compared by method of comparison. Results: Was found that the brand Salming is established and known floorball brand in Czech and Danish market of floorball equipment. There is good brand awareness between general floorball public in both countries. But the brand's position in Denmark is not so strong like in Czech Republic. It is a first research in this branch and sport, also, it informs about the coherence of these two phenomenons, from the point of view as a cause of sports injuries and also as a prevention of sports injuries. Justification : Athletes get injured frequently in many different situations. Often, we are dealing with an injury as a consequence, but not the real cause. Physical therapist should get oriented in this problematics to be more effective in the healing process of the athlete. To avoid such problems in adulthood, we should be more focused on the prevention just at the beginning of a sports career of a small athlete.
