Implementation of the infrastructure for microphone audio streaming into the cloud
Dvořák, Petr ; Smékal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zvončák, Vojtěch (advisor)
The task of this bachelor's thesis is creation of simple and functional infrastructure designated for recording and transmission of an audio recording captured by microphone and processed by Raspberry Pi. Final output file is then transfered to cloud storage. The goal of the thesis is making a prototype capable of processing a sound recording into required format and with suitable quality. The work should consider possibility of charging the system with battery, type of used network technology and setup of the cloud storage. Prototype should be simple and functional. Importance is comparing the infrastructure with similar devices on the market.
Demo(s)
Ščudla, Marek ; Veselý, Karel (referee) ; Šrámek, Jan (advisor)
I have been engaged in creating music as an artist for a long time, which is also the subject of my thesis titled Demo(s). However, unlike my previous works that I have presented in school, this project will not feature a music video or the music itself. The thesis aims to observe and record the progress and events surrounding the creation of my debut album. The documentation and outputs will be presented in the form of a video installation, which will consist of time-lapse videos. These videos will showcase the creative, inspirational, and technical processes associated with rap music production. Additionally, the installation will also include a standalone object.
Optimization of nursing documentation
KUBIČKOVÁ, Jesika
The presented thesis addresses the topic of nursing documentation and its management. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on nursing documentation, its history and legislation. Further, it focuses specifically on its content, forms and practices necessary to follow when managing the documentation. There are three main forms of nursing documentation that are widely used nowadays. These forms include paper-based documentation, electronic documentation and photo documentation. Further, the thesis describes the responsibility for nursing documentation and possible mistakes that may appear during documentation management. Another area being addressed within the theoretical part of this thesis is the quality of nursing care, which is closely linked to the management of nursing documentation. Here, standardization of nursing care is described as well as its quality indicators, audit, and accreditation. A combination of qualitative and quantitative research was chosen to implement the survey. Qualitative research was carried out using semi-structured interviews and quantitative research was carried out using questionnaire survey and content analysis of nursing documentation. The first objective was to compare nursing documentation in chosen nursing facilities. It was proven that the majority of nurses use the combination of paper-based nursing documentation and electronic documentation. In contrast, only a small minority of surveyed nurses use electronic form of nursing documentation exclusively. The second chosen objective was to survey the perception of the current nursing documentation quality. This survey showed that the majority of nurses find the current nursing documentation to be satisfactory, however, there is still a significant number of nurses, who find the current version of the documentation to be limiting. The last objective was to collect specific requirements for nursing documentation from the surveyed nurses. These results are given further on, in the Discussion part. The result of the research is that most nurses typically find the current nursing documentation to be satisfactory. Many of them find nursing documentation to be important and beneficial, not only for their own purposes, but also for their patients and high-quality nursing care in general. Our survey opens up possibilities for a deeper research that may be focused on comparing paper-based nursing documentation with its electronic form. Given the fact that most of the industries nowadays are gradually shifting towards electronization, healthcare is not an exception. One area in specific that is worth researching further would be surveying the facilities that already embraced the electronic nursing documentation, specifically the impact of the transition on the overall quality of nursing care.
Analýza dat z inteligentního včelího úlu
HÁLA, Petr
The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design and implementation of software that processes audio data from a beehive. The audio signal is analyzed in the frequency domain using fast Fourier transform and in specific frequency bands using filtering in the time domain. The RMS of filtered signals is stored in the database in batches or continuously and visualized by a web application. Analysis of partial audio records can be displayed by modules available in the Python with the possibility of outputting graphs to PDF. Above the data a cluster analysis was performed with using of self organizing maps (SOM), which detected various types of sound manifestations of the bee colony in different seasons, followed by visualization in heatmaps.

Wiretapping and recording of telecommunication traffic
Frolková, Klára ; Bohuslav, Lukáš (advisor) ; Vokoun, Rudolf (referee)
This thesis is devised as an analysis of the legal framework of the institutes of wiretapping and recording of telecommunication traffic, as well as the survey of the telecommunication traffic, which is included in the § 88 and § 88a of the act no. 141/1961 Coll., Criminal Procedure, as amended. The aim of this thesis was to analyze in detail the current and valid legal framework with respect to the protection of human rights and to point out the fact that the use of these institutes often finds itself on the threshold of considering the interference with the personal sphere of an individual to be justified/justifiable as well as the slight overstepping of such threshold by the public authorities, which I assume. The thesis is divided into four connecting chapters, not including the introduction and the conclusion. In the first chapter, which is divided into two sub-chapters, I address primarily the legal evolution of the examined institutes, as to when was the first time these institutes were incorporated into the valid legal framework and brought to life, their subsequent development and the most important amendments throughout the years. The second sub-chapter outlines the technical development from the not so distant past to the present, where I think about the evolution of technical...
