This bachelor thesis describes marketing communication and communication mix of a company Shell Czech Republic a. s., focused on a B2B fuel card product named „Shell Card“, which is going to be launched in 2019. Product Shell Card is designed mainly for transport companies, or for administrative companies with big fleets of cars. First this bachelor thesis explains all important marketing and ecomonic theory and tools, afterwards the thesis contains anylazed data about the company in terms of current status and functionality of marketing communication of the company. The main aim of this thesis is to propose an improvement in marketing communication for Shell Card after the launch of a Mobile Payment sub-product.

The Master´s thesis concerns with the creation of the business plan. The prospectus is aimed at the establishment and the launching of the new hairdressing salon. Simultaneously, the business plan analyzes a status of other hairdressing salons, including the direct competitors. Based on the research and analyses are chosen the suitable strategy and tools which should bring added value to the owners and the satisfaction of customer´s needs as well.

The author explains the terms that this issue involves and the specific company focused on its communication mix is analyzed. The thesis contains concrete suggestions and recommendations that should be a suitable supplement of the existing communication mix, and which will be also contribute to a increase awareness of the company, and due to this for increase marketability of the offered vehicles.
