The practical part is concerned with analysis of the current situation of the company which serves as a basis for suggesting marketing strategies. The result is a summary of measures and proposals, including their benefits for the company.

The main grounds for assembly the appropriate proposal of marketing strategy are details acquired on the basis of theoretical findings and application of chosen marketing methods. The output of the thesis are the specific proposals of marketing strategy according to marketing mix, which is prerequisite for succesful implementation of the product at the market.

In this diploma thesis a marketing mix of the chosen Company is analyzed. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the explanation of the basic terms such as marketing, marketing mix, marketing analysis and research in marketing. The goal of the analytical part is finding the current state of the marketing mix in the Company. Based on the results of analytical part the proposals are formulated. They should improve the current state of the Company and help it to solve the issues it is currently dealing with.

It analyses current customers, services, which are provided for them, communication and sale of new products. How satisfied are current customers, where are deficiencies and those deficiencies minimize or absolutely remove. With help of structured questionnaire and other analytical methods to improve satisfaction of current and future customers with sales and services of products. The results of thesis are proposals for the improvement of global marketing policy of the firm.
