Suggestions for Improving Motivation in the Selected Company

The thesis is divided into 2 parts. The first theoretical part contains the theoretical aspect of the target issue related to employee motivation and motivational factors, where I present the basic knowledge in these areas, which helps to further develop the work. The practical part contains an evaluation of the current situation of the company in terms of employee motivation through a survey. Taking into account the results and findings, I then develop a proposal for improving employee motivation in the company, which can be used by the company in practice to increase employee productivity.

The diploma thesis focuses on the area of human resources management and specifies specific aspects ofthis area, establishes the definition of personnel activities and identifies the individual tasks of a personnel officer. The first part of the work is devoted to theoretical starting points, specifically defining personnel activities including individual subcategories. The second part ofthe thesis analyzes the management of human resources in a specific company. In the final part, specific recommendations for the given company regarding changes in personnel management are formulated. These recommendations are based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience and are designed with regard to the current situation in society.

The thesis focuses on the process of onboarding and adaptation of employees for office positions in the selected company. The thesis consists of three main parts. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, important concepts related to human resource management, onboarding and adaptation process are explained. The second part focuses on the analysis and research of the current process of onboarding and adaptation of employees for office positions in the selected company. The last design part, based on the result from the analytical part of this thesis, is focused on author’s improvement suggestions of these processes.
Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

The thesis focuses on the proposal of changes in the concept of the existing motivation program for employees in the selected organization. A comprehensive literature search and analysis of the current state of the incentive system is carried out. Within the analysis, the method of non-standardized questioning is chosen for data collection, namely utilizing in-depth semi-structured interviews with employees of the company. The interviews are conducted with 16 respondents from the sales, finance, and production departments. The interview data is thematically coded using MAXQDA to identify key preferences and determine employee satisfaction. Based on the analysis, the following measures are proposed to improve the current incentive system: additional supplementary pension savings, flexible working hours, differentiated holiday schemes, implementation of another company event, and home-office unification. The thesis also includes the implementation of changes using Lewin's change management model.

The theoretical part provides an overview of fundamental concepts in human resource management, employee reward management, and motivation through literature review. The practical section includes a brief profile of the studied company followed by a quantitative analysis of data from previous periods, focusing on the current state of the reward system. Based on the findings, potential concepts for optimizing the employee reward system are presented in the concluding part of the thesis, aiming to enhance employee efficiency and overall company performance. Thus, the thesis endeavors to contribute to a deeper understanding and potential improvement of human resource management within the selected company.

The diploma thesis is focused on the area of human resource management in the company, the theoretical background of the thesis describes human resource management, personnel activities, employee satisfaction and risk analysis. In the problem analysis, a selected company is examined, a survey of employee satisfaction with human resource management, SWOT analysis and risk analysis are conducted. In the design section, recommendations are proposed for the selected company based on the information found. These recommendations include increasing wages, implementing loyalty rewards, implementing sick days, increasing the Christmas contribution, setting lower bonuses for new employees, informing employees about benefits, setting up regular meetings between executives and manager, and taking advantage of digital recruiment opportunities.
Total reward model in the context of strategic remuneration

The thesis examines the importance of the total rewards model in the context of strategic reward and employee satisfaction. It is based on the assumption that the principles of strategic reward contribute to higher employee satisfaction. The specific focus of the thesis is on the total reward model, which represents an integrated approach to employee remuneration and is considered one of the strategic elements and trends in remuneration. The theoretical background of the thesis describes such areas of human resource management that are directly related to remuneration, especially employee evaluation, commitment, motivation and last but not least specific individual forms of transactional and relational remuneration. The empirical part of the thesis investigates the relationship between employee satisfaction and the application of the total rewards model to a specific group of employees in company XY. For the purpose of testing the hypotheses and meeting the objectives of the thesis, a questionnaire survey was mainly used to supplement the information generated by the analysis of internal and public documents of company XY. Generations X, Y and Z at Workplace

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate Generations X, Y and Z in the work environment and to set out a proposal for the management of organisations to better manage these generations. The theoretical part introduces generations X, Y, Z in the field of characteristics, family, technology and mainly work. It also includes a subsection on how to manage the generations and the results of research already conducted. The results of the questionnaire survey are presented in the practical part. The questionnaire contained a total of 25 questions and was completed by 107 respondents from my area. Processing the results of the questionnaire survey followed by a discussion in which the results are compared with already known information about the generations from earlier surveys. Lastly, a proposal for recommendations on how to better manage Generations X, Y and Z in the working environment. This research could be beneficial for the management of organisations.
