The negotiation process of the city groups applied on the case of courtyards

The subject of this diploma thesis is the issue of courtyards. Courtyard as a specific place in the city, which has lost its original function. It can serve different types of usage, among other things, it enables meeting of different groups of the city's inhabitants and their interaction nowadays. Unlike the public space, other terms of usage can be seen in the courtyards. Various social relationships can be observed in dependece of its usage. I deal with the process of negotiation of city dweller groups at two selected courtyards, the rules of their functioning and how the role of the decision- makers forms these places. I have deliberately decided to use courtyards with different visitor functions. Conflict between different views on their usage and disagreements can be seen in these courtyards. Interakce v rhizosféře erikoidně mykorhizních rostlin

This doctonl dissertation focuses on selected intemctions, which take place in the rhizosphere of ericoid myconhial (ErM) plmts' These include (i) interactions betwren ErM fungi and dark scptate endophýic (DsE) fungi; (ii) intenctions among ericaceous plmts md ErM and EcM fungi, and fungi with yet unresolved myconhial status; (iii) int€nctions among ErM and DSE fungi md soil testate ammbae' Main findings achieved in the frame ofthe doctoral dissertation are: Ericoid mycorrhlza rnd DsE-association simultaneously occur in roots of 8ll screened European Rhotlotkrulron species across the continent. However, their proportlons differ depending mainly on htitude. DsE.coloniation is negrtiv€|y corr€lsted with ErM colonization in roots of rl| screned rbododendrons. DsE fungi form intmcellu|ar structuÍes, which moÍphologicr||y resemble ericoid mycorrhizs. Colonization witb selected DSE stmins has neutral to negative influence on the groMh of ericaceous plants in vitro, whereas th€ eff€ct of the t}?ica| ErM fungus Rhizoscyphus ericae is neutml to positive. Effects of both types of fungi on the grosth of host plrnts are correlated with the |eve| of ErM rnd DsE co|onization. Chateau, city parks and gardens are perceived as harmonious parts of the landscape. Unfortunately, even these areas have to face various threats, and they can be a threat to the surrounding environment. The exhibition /catalogue presents a look at the organisms that threaten parks. These threats cover unwelcomed invaders covering invasive plants and small microorganisms in the soil, on facades, statues or in water. On the other hand, some species that are intentionally brought to the parks can be risky not only the gardens themselves but also their surroundings.
