The Role of Social Networks in Destination Marketing in Southern Bohemia

This bachelor thesis focuses on the identification of the influence of social networks and its gradation, specifically in the tourist destination of South Bohemia. Social networks have integral part in recent years and are connected to many areas of the modern world. The bachelor thesis will focus on Instragram and Facebook, as these two platforms are the most active in marketing the destination South Bohemia and on both of these platforms South Bohemia is promoted and has an account called "South Bohemia" Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, right after the introduction, we will focus on the literature search in the field of tourism, destination marketing and social networks. The aim of the practical part in the bachelor thesis is to identify the influence of social networks on tourism, specifically on the tourist destination South Bohemia.

Application of Social Media Networks in Marketing Communication

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku sociálních medií v marketingové komunikaci vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav marketingové komunikace na sociálních sítích dané společnosti a navrhnout nové řešení pro využití vhodnějších médií. První část je věnována problematice marketingu, marketingové komunikaci a sociálním sítím. Analytická část poté studuje vnější prostředí společnosti spolu s konkurencí a situací uvnitř společnosti. Poslední část představuje možné návrhy řešení, jak vylepšit marketingovou komunikaci společnosti na sociálních sítí, spolu s analýzou jejich efektivity, návrhu kampaně na tuzemském trhu spolu s dosahem zahraničních trhů a přihlédnutím na konkrétní produkt.
Using of Data Mining Method for Analysis of Social Networks

Thesis discusses data mining the social media. It gives an introduction about the topic of data mining and possible mining methods. Thesis also explores social media and social networks, what are they able to offer and what problems do they bring. Three different APIs of three social networking sites are examined with their opportunities they provide for data mining. Techniques of text mining and document classification are explored. An implementation of a web application that mines data from social site Twitter using the algorithm SVM is being described. Implemented application is classifying tweets based on their text where classes represent tweets' continents of origin. Several experiments executed both in RapidMiner software and in implemented web application are then proposed and their results examined.

The area of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is an important factor, in which many see a promise of improvement of the economic situation. It is a well-founded request, and as shown in many advanced economies, this segment is an important part of economy. My thesis involves one of these situations, where a starting entrepreneur, with low capital investments, is looking for ways how to achieve his market goals and how to support business processes with the help of information technology (IT). The IT supported business model here, will be a model, where the main distribution channels are realized with help of IT technologies. With this distribution channel relates the use of social network services as a marketing tool enabling a development of a company and an effective but not capital-intensive tool designed to realize the business targets.

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a marketing plan for dog’s shampoos launch. The shampoos will be launched on the Slovak market by Palma a.s. company. The design of marketing activities is based on both theoretical background and relevant analysis. The marketing plan is focused primarily on the printed form of advertising and also on advertising on the internet.
Aggregation and Analysis of Social Network Contents

Tato práce se zabývá ziskem zvolené části obsahu sociálních sítí a jeho následnou analýzou. Cílem práce je platforma propojující jednotlivé sociální sítě, která dokáže agregovat obsah těchto sítí podle definovaných témat a zároveň je otevřená dalším rozšířením. Tento cíl byl vyřešen pomocí kontejnerové aplikace, štítkové klasifikace a metody podpůrných vektorů. Implementovaný systém řeší algoritmem nezobrazovaný obsah, filtrování a menší statistiky. Klíčové části systému jsou pokryté testy a systém je otevřený dalším analýzám a pokročilým statistikám.

Cílem této práce je prostudovat problematiku závislosti na internetu. Samotná práce je rozdělena do 3 částí: úvod, hlavní článek a závěr. Úvod vysvětluje globální posuny v komunikační technologii a jejich negativní a pozitivní účinky. V hlavní části se zabývám některými typy závislosti na internetu a způsoby, jak s nimi zacházet. Závěrem jsem shrnul tezi o příčinných a souvislostních vztazích závislých na internetu.
Design of digital camera

The main objective however is to design a stylish compact digital camera with regard to the requirements of modern life, such as the expansion of internet social networks and the associated use of the camera as a visual scrapbook. Emphasis was placed on a new shape solution, simple operation and good ergonomics of holding.

Bachelor's thesis deals with website analysis using statistical methods. Data was collected in the time span between April 2015 and March 2016, being thoroughly analysed afterwards. Results of the analysis will be used to improve audience management and solution design.
