Title: Optimalisation of communication between HC Letci Letňany and parents. Abstract: Bachelor thesis Optimization HC Letci Letňany communication with parents is about communication and PR activities of the club in relation to the parents of players first class. The work is based on primary and secondary sources of information. Its main objectives are to assess the current status of team communication with parents, based on observations of running the team, consultation with opinion leaders and the parents received a questionnaire survey, and devising a set of principles that would lead to more effective communication of the club. The theoretical framework is to define the basic concepts of communications and Public Relations, their relations and applications in sport. FK DUKLA PRAGUE MARKETING MIX ANALYSIS AND PROPOSALS FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT Targets: The analysis of particular marketing aspects, which compose the complete marketing mix. Communication with club fans and investigating their position on marketing. Consequent proposals of appropriate recommendations in marketing field to improve the club's present image. Methods: There will be an example study and SWOT analysis used to analyze current marketing mix. These will determine strong and weak points of the club. Contact with the club will take place in an informal meeting. A questionnaire will be used to find out fans' view. The experimental sample will consist of loyal fans only. I will then combine gathered data with my own knowledge and will attempt to create propositions for marketing mix improvement. Results: Created proposals will be presented to the club's leadership and they will have an opportunity to realize these proposals to achieve new marketing targets. Title: Marketing research of quality and satisfaction services in Fitlady Ricany studio Objectives: The goal of my work is determination of quality and customer satisfaction with offered services in studio Fitlady Ricany by method of questionnaire investigation. In the final section I propose the recommendations for this studio which are based on theoretical knowledge and research results. Methods: The method of written questionnaire is selected for marketing research. The selection is consisted of women from studio Fitlady who were selected by simple random selection. The main objectiv of this dissertation is to find out positions and opinions of the Czech public about a creation of the common football league with Slovak Republic. In the connection with the theme, find out the opinions of the themselves football players from highest czech football league and in the context of this subject, find out opinions of the coaches and their assistants from top football league. Bachelor thesis will interpret the results and on the basis to will formulate recommendations for future development of Czech football.
The nutrition habits and knowledge of middle- and long-distance runners

Title: The Nutrition Habits and Knowledge of middle and long distance runners Targets: The thesis main target is to determine dietary habits of endurance men and women runners, their interest in health nutrition and their nutrition information sources. Another aim to achieve is to find out their basic knowledge of body composition and human nutrition. Methods: The thesis was worked out on the base of questionnaires , that were prepared with regard to the author personal experience and knowledge. The questionnaires were handed in personaly to the respondents at runners competition, as soon as the race was finished and most of the runners used to wait for their results. The respondents were kept in anonymity in order to ensure as much objective answers as possible. The meaning of questionnaire completion was explained by the author to each of the responding runners. The validity of the questionnaire was consequently confirmed by the mean of guided interview between the author and the runner responded. Results: Endurance runners are keen on following the health nutrition principles. The dietary habits of the major part of the respondants correspond to requirements related to the field of energy-intensive sport. Title: Brand Image Of The Czech Olympic Team - CZECH TEAM Objectives: A main objective of bachelor thesis is creationing of a complex description of the brand image of the Czech Olympic Team - Czech Team. To achieve defined objective was necessary to determinate a profile of the brand, its origin, progress, functions, reasons or sense of the brand existence and brand identity. At the same time a quantitative research was executed finding out knowledge and awareness of the brand Czech Team among selected respondents and the brand personality was identified from the public view. Final part of thesis is dealt with an evaluation of results, recommendations and proposals improving the brand image of the Czech Olympic Team in the future. Methods: Information needed to create the general description of profile of the brand Czech Team was got from a representative of official marketing agency of the Czech Olympic Committee. The marketing research was carried out among selected respondents who obtained electronic questionnaires. Students of Czech universities were selected as the respondents. THE TRANSFORMATIONSOF THE RELATION BETWEEN AND READER AND BOOK IN THE YEARS 1990-2009

Bachelor thesis "The Transformations of the Relation between a Reader and a Book in the Years 1990-2009" aims to describe and clarify the development of book reading in the Czech Republic from post-revolution years to the present days with an extension to the 80s. Mapping of this subject-matter is based on an analysis of a range of readers' surveys which addressed the relation between a reader and a book, reading habits, behavior on the book market, libraries, preferred literary genres and authors etc. This thesis covers all these aspects. It also deals with international researches of reading literacy among teenagers (PISA). In the beginning it offers several readers typologies in search of the most suitable definition of a reader. It treats the significance of the book for human society and explains the changes on the book market since the fall of the communist regime. Then it characterizes sociological research and its requirements as well as its possible limits and deficiencies. The most extensive chapter describes individual readers' surveys, from information about how they were carried out to their most important findings which are then put into context. Graduation theses considers training needs analysis at concrete company's call center. Analysis goal is to find out reason of insuficient service in areas concerning company education. The theses mentions exploring key areas and formulize key question of research, which is what employees know about education. Taking decision aboute qualitative type of research and data acquisiton method, such as questionnaire, observation and document analysis, follows. Collected data are transcribed and encoded to allowed deeper analysis. Theses proofs that level of knowing between the employees is not sufficient and homogenous. Suggested action plan concern immediate change of communication and following education structure and long term recommendation, which is need of new, proper and complex analysis. Theses describes regular procedure advised by technical literature as well as true experience including changes forced by call center operating.
