Creation and realization of a project kindergarten's garden in a natural style

The thesis describes the steps of the project "The Klostermann Pre-school Garden" in Děčín VI, the goal of which was to change a garden with unsatisfactory play elements to a garden in a natural style. The thesis constitutes of three partts: theoretical, executive and practical. The theoretical part explains the goals, methods and means of environmental education and it describes environmental education in the context of The Early Years Framework Educational Programme and the exploitability of the natural style garden. The executive part introduces the project and the changing of the pre-school garden. The practical part describes the educational projects that are applicable for keeping cattle and domestic animals and the usability of the play elements for early years children education.
Children plays initiated by the teacher as a support of the General educational plan for preschool education

The main focus of this thesis is the application of teacher-initiated play as a method for education of children aged three to six, according to RVP for preschool education (2004). The theoretical section discusses different types of play, their development and the role of the teacher in every one. The play is studied based on the RVP (2004), section Child and psychology. This section also presents the education plan used in the kindergarten, where the research is conducted. The practical section presents the actual research. A special development program was designed that allowed the teachers to evaluate the influence of a teacher-initiated play on the development of speech and pronunciation in a group of children (aged three to four). Playing of children as a support of social training in the kindergarten

This thesis focuses on the social teaching of preschool children, especially through plays. In the theoretical part is recorded the historical context of play development and knowledge with the utilization of plays in today's society. Furthermore, the play is defined in terms of disciplines of pedagogy, psychology and philosophy. The next part is dedicated to its development at preschool age and personality development in terms of social learning. The thesis also deals with the personality of the teacher who acts in preschool education, its position in the socialization process of the child and in connection with the use of plays. Conclusion of the theoretical part deals with the pedagogical diagnostics as a tool for understanding the development of the child in the process of the socialization. The practical part is focused on social learning of child in preschool age through the play. Six-month program focused on that, whether it is possible with the method of targeted controlled plays to influence and encourage the adoption of rules for together living to strengthen cooperation with a balance of principal and secondary roles and appropriate solutions of the problems. Institutions for preschool children with social and curtural disadvantages

The diploma thesis characterizes the institutions dealing with children with social and cultural disadvantages. Methods that have been used are structured interviews and data analysis. Implemented in four institutions dealing with children with social and cultural disadvantages and four teachers in kindergarten, where the children of the orphanage. Aim of this work was to determine, which institutions for children in distress occur preschool children, what reasons most often comes to the institution and the institution where most leaves. Detects changes, relating to the psychosocial needs of children, that occurred in a children's home in Dolních Pocernicích after 2002. Furthermore compares the differences between children from ordinary families and children from the orphanage attending the same kindergarten. Finally, work is understanding the institutions, that help children who have no such luck in life, such as children with loving parents.
Relationships among children in kindergarten and the possibilities of their cultivation

ANNOTATION: This thesis is focused on development of relationships among preschool-age children, especially towards other children of the same age. It is based on the Framework Educational Programme for Preschool Education and its conception of support and development of social relationships within the preschool education. In this thesis are opinions regarding child's friendships and development of children's social needs. It defines a teacher's role in development of quality relationships among children in kindergartens. The practical part is formed by an action research focusing on support of relationships in a selected classroom in a kindergarten. It is supplemented with a survey among teachers of kindergartens in the Karlovy Vary Region. Another starting point is an observation of selected group of children. On its basis a programme for support of relationships within the selected group was created. The programme was implemented and subsequently evaluated. At the end of the summary there is an evaluation of overall findings.
Adaptation to kindergarten and appropriate activities for four-year-olds and younger children

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of child adaptation into the kindergarten environment, particularly children four years old and younger. Special attention is given to games and activities that strengthen the relationship of the child with the teacher or the other kids and strengthen the security of the child in his new environment. In the theoretical part, the student will focus on the preschool-aged child's socialization and the aspects related to his transition from a family environment into the wider environment of a kindergarten school. The main objective of the study, which is part of the thesis, is to find out about the adaptation process with three to four-year-old children entering kindergarten and what factors influence this process. The practical part of the thesis presents three case studies of children between the ages of three and four, who start going to the kindergarten for their first time, focusing on adaptation in the kindergarten. The survey was conducted by a combination of interviews with parents, the child, the principal of the kindergarten school and by observing the child directly in the kindergarten.
Aplication of multicultural education in day nursery school

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of the application of multicultural education in nursery school through ethnic music. The theoretical part deals with clarifying of basic terms of the multicultural education, it describes personal and interpersonal development of the personality of a child in a pre-school age and possibilities of the development of the cooperation in a child group. it is also focused on the importance of music during accepting of differences of children and people. The practical part analysis statistic information of questionnairies for teachers in nursery schools. It also tries to find out the actors which influence the application of multicultural education in nursery schools in Moravian-Silesian region. It also introduces the pedagogical project focused on the possibility of the use of ethnic music for development of cooperation and accepting the differences by children.
