ANOTACE: Tato práce se zaměřuje na vývoj vztahů u dětí předškolního věku především ve vztahu k vrstevníkům. Vychází z Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro předškolní vzdělávání a jeho pojetí podpory a rozvoje sociálních vztahů v předškolním vzdělávání. V bakalářské práci se objevují názory na dětská přátelství, vývoj sociálních potřeb dětí. Definuje úlohu učitelky v rozvoji kvalitních vztahů dětí v mateřské škole. Praktickou část tvoří akční výzkum zaměřený na podporu vztahů ve vybrané třídě mateřské školy. Je doplněn dotazníkovým šetřením mezi učitelkami mateřských škol z Karlovarského kraje. Dalším východiskem je pozorování vybrané skupiny dětí, na jehož základě vznikl program k podpoře vztahů v dané skupině. Program byl realizován a následně vyhodnocen. V závěru je evaluace celkového zjištění výsledků. ANNOTATION: This thesis is focused on development of relationships among preschool-age children, especially towards other children of the same age. It is based on the Framework Educational Programme for Preschool Education and its conception of support and development of social relationships within the preschool education. In this thesis are opinions regarding child's friendships and development of children's social needs. It defines a teacher's role in development of quality relationships among children in kindergartens. The practical part is formed by an action research focusing on support of relationships in a selected classroom in a kindergarten. It is supplemented with a survey among teachers of kindergartens in the Karlovy Vary Region. Another starting point is an observation of selected group of children. On its basis a programme for support of relationships within the selected group was created. The programme was implemented and subsequently evaluated. At the end of the summary there is an evaluation of overall findings.
