Eating disorders in females

The thesis focuses on the issue of anorexia nervosa and multifactorial influences on the development and course of this disorder in women. Anorexia nervosa is a serious mental illness that is influenced by many factors such as social, familial and psychological. The analysis of these factors is crucial for a deeper understanding of this disorder and a prerequisite for designing adequate comprehensive treatment. This thesis analyses each of these factors and presents therapeutic approaches to anorexia nervosa and ways of treating it. The research is based on semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions with female respondents suffering from anorexia nervosa.
Impact of influencers on consumer behavior and purchasing behaviour

This master thesis aimed to assess the degree of influencers' impact on consumer behavior and purchasing decisions, depending on the type of purchase and consumer characteristics. The practical part was divided into testing the main hypothesis through multicriteria research and testing subsidiary hypotheses using the chi-square test of independence. For the purposes of this research, a survey method was chosen, and some questions were commented on at the end of the analysis. Statistically significant results confirm that gender and education have a significant impact on the extent to which consumers are influenced by influencers. The supplementary hypotheses cannot be rejected; however, the author suggests further research and confronts her results with those of other authors.
Communication Mix of a Specific Product

The thesis deals with the communication mix for a specific programme focused on space technology. The thesis specifies the theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing communication in general as well as the specifics of marketing communication for universities. The analytical part focuses on competition within Europe, semi-structured interviews with current students of the programme and then an interview with the manager of the Brno Space Cluster, a group of companies operating within the Brno space industry. Based on the analysis, a communication mix for the programme is proposed and a communication manual for the Space Application programme is placed at the very end of the thesis.
Data Mining in Social Networks

This thesis deals with knowledge discovery from social media. This thesis is focused on feature based opinion mining from user reviews. In theoretical part were described methods of opinion mining and natural language processing. Main parts of this thesis were design and implementation of library for opinion mining based on Stanford Parser and lexicon WordNet. For feature identi cation was used dependency grammar, implicit features were mined with method CoAR and opinions were classi ed with supervised algorithm. Finally were given experiments with implemented library and examples of usage.

Analysis of future technologies and their impact on society as presented in the show Black Mirror

The bachelor thesis is focused on the description of robots and social media from selected episodes from the television series Black Mirror. It briefly deals with the description of the story and the message of selected episodes. For each selected episode, it focuses mainly on the technical feasibility of the depicted technologies. In this work, robots and social media from the Black Mirror are compared with modern equivalents from the real world. The bachelor thesis also discusses the advantages and disadvantages of social media and robots, including their impact on our society. It also deals with the ethical and social aspects of these technologies. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide insight into the technologies used in the Black Mirror series.
Application of Social Media Networks in Marketing Communication

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku sociálních medií v marketingové komunikaci vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav marketingové komunikace na sociálních sítích dané společnosti a navrhnout nové řešení pro využití vhodnějších médií. První část je věnována problematice marketingu, marketingové komunikaci a sociálním sítím. Analytická část poté studuje vnější prostředí společnosti spolu s konkurencí a situací uvnitř společnosti. Poslední část představuje možné návrhy řešení, jak vylepšit marketingovou komunikaci společnosti na sociálních sítí, spolu s analýzou jejich efektivity, návrhu kampaně na tuzemském trhu spolu s dosahem zahraničních trhů a přihlédnutím na konkrétní produkt.
Using of Data Mining Method for Analysis of Social Networks

Thesis discusses data mining the social media. It gives an introduction about the topic of data mining and possible mining methods. Thesis also explores social media and social networks, what are they able to offer and what problems do they bring. Three different APIs of three social networking sites are examined with their opportunities they provide for data mining. Techniques of text mining and document classification are explored. An implementation of a web application that mines data from social site Twitter using the algorithm SVM is being described. Implemented application is classifying tweets based on their text where classes represent tweets' continents of origin. Several experiments executed both in RapidMiner software and in implemented web application are then proposed and their results examined.

The aim of thesis is to analyze multiple ways of social media usage at companies using social media to propagate themselves on the Internet. Information resulted from this research will go through further analysis and create marketing comminucation plan of the company specialized for expedition flashlights.
