Marketing Research of the Customer Satisfaction in CrossFit HomeTown.

Title: Marketing Research of Customer Satisfaction at CrossFit HomeTown. Methods: For this thesis, a questionnaire has been used as a quantitative method, specifically the SERVQUAL method to assess the level of customer satisfaction. An in- depth interview has been used to obtain information about the gym. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to find out customer satisfaction for CrossFit HomeTown in Prague and recommend possible changes leading to higher customer satisfaction based on the obtained results from the research. Results: The results of the customer satisfaction research for CrossFit HomeTown show, that not all researched areas fulfil the customers' expectations. There were certain limitations in promotional materials -0,44; lectures beginning on time -0,5; willingness to solve problems -0,41 and interest in customer needs -0,55. Total final gap attains a negative degree of -3,18. The first recommendation is to improve promotional practices. Firstly, the gym should improve their website, mobile application and YouTube channel. Second recommendation is to implement a text-message informational system, through which the gym would notify the customers in case the start of their session has been postponed. The bachelor thesis deals with the position of the company České dráhy, a. s. on the passenger rail market in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evalua-te the influence of the liberalization of the railway passenger transport market in the Czech Republic on the economic situation and business strategy of the com-pany České dráhy, a. s. in the years 2010 to 2015. First, the economic concepts and contexts related to competition in passenger rail transport are explained. Then the situation of Czech Railways with changes in its business strategy is described. In the practical part, I investigate the influence of the liberalization of the personal railway market on the development of the Czech Railways' economic situation and on the changes in its business strategy. Part of the thesis is the for-mulation of recommendations for the future business strategy of Czech Railways.
Změny v odvětví pivovarnictví a jejich ekonomické dopady na malé české pivovary

The thesis is focused on the brewing industry in the Czech Republic and changes within it which influenced the development of small Czech breweries. An analysis of the industry is performed using the Porter's Five Forces model focusing on the five competitive forces represented by the threat of new entrants, the bargaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of customers, substitute products or services, and established rivals. Market concentration is also analyzed given the changes in the brewing industry. Changes in consumer demand and their influence on the brewing industry are examined subsequently. In particular, the change of consumer preferences leading to an increased consumption of stronger beers or aspects of beer selection are analyzed. Based on the findings, the impacts of these changes on small Czech breweries are described. In the next part of the thesis, economic results of selected breweries are compared using the indicators of value added margins, return on assets, return on equity and return on sales.

Jurčeková, K. The behavior of consumer on the market of fresh juices. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The bachelor thesis deals with behavior of consumers in the fruit juice market, especially with the behavior of consumers of Ugo Fresh Juice. The work consists of two parts. The first part contains a theoretical overview describing behavior of a consumer, purchasing decisions of a consumer, marketing environment, marketing mix and company image. In the second part the marketing mix is used to describe Ugo Fresh Juice and its competitors. A questionnaire survey identifies which factors affect behavior of a consumer when purchasing fruit juices and a typical consumer of fresh fruit juices can be identified. Recommendation for Ugo Fresh Juice is based on the practical part and describes how to attract new customers and how company can improve its services.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the competitiveness of enter-prise ABC s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes an explanation of the concepts of competition, competitiveness, competitive ad-vantage and theory of used analysis. The second part uses individual analysis for enterprise ABC s. r. o. and comparison of the enterprise with the competitors. Based on the findings of analysis and comparisons with competition, are made recommendations how the enterprise could increase its competitiveness.

This diploma thesis focuses on establishment of fitness centre in a small city. It describes all aspects of a fitness market, its current state and expected future trends. Based on these findings and available practical information about each location, a business plan is assembled that shows efficiency a sustainability of the fitness centre in each location with regard to a rule set specific for the fitness mar-ket.

Pátková, N., Competitiveness of the selected building company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to formulate suggestions for increasing the competitiveness of the selected building company. In the theoretical part, relevant knowledge from the field of competition and competitiveness was identified on the basis of reference book. In our own work, the external environment was analysed through the Porter model of the five competing forces and PESTLE analysis. Subsequently, the internal environment was analysed and SWOT analysis was drawn up, in which six suggestions for improving the competitiveness of the company were formulated. These suggestions were appraised from point of view of their attractiveness by author of the work, the company´s owner and the supervisor. The most attractive strategy was developed into form of a concrete proposal for its implementation.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the economic benefits of the marketing strategies of the hospitality business. Methods used for the thesis were SWOT analysis, competition and business analysis, and questionnaire survey focused on customer satisfaction assessment. Based on the information gained, marketing improvements have been suggested to increase demand and sales. An improvement proposal in business management was developed to achieve a positive economic result.
