The bachelor's thesis is focused on human resources management, styles and tools of management and motivation in the chosen company. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to human resources management and employee motivation from a general point of view, which have been elaborated from a number of professional publications. The literature search is the starting point for the practical part in which the company's incentive system is described. A questionnaire has been prepared to evaluate the management style and employee motivation in order to increase the efficiency of the company's work. Before the conclusion of the bachelor's thesis, proposals for adjustments to the human resources management style and recommendations to increase the efficiency of the company's employees' work performance are given.
The system of evaluation of employees in a selected organization

The aim of this thesis is to propose changes after the analysis of the employee evaluation system in a selected organization, which is the company Schäfer-Menk s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the following concepts: human resource management, employee evaluation, its criteria, the person of the evaluator, evaluation errors, and what constitutes performance management. Then the different ways of employee evaluation are defined and at the end of this part the importance of employee evaluation is summarized. In the practical part, information about Schäfer-Menk Ltd. is given. Furthermore, an analysis of the current evaluation and remuneration system is made. The basis for the analysis is information from the HR director and a questionnaire survey of the company's employees. On the basis of the comparison of the data obtained from the practical part with the theoretical findings, suggestions for the improvement of the current employee evaluation system in this company were recommended.
Further professional education and development of the XY publishing house's call center employees

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of further professional education and the system of corporate education. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, the basic terms associated with the concept of lifelong learning are defined, with an emphasis on terminology related to further professional education, employee development, human capital and career management. One of the chapters is devoted to the setting of the company education system and education strategies. In the empirical part, the identification of educational needs and the analysis of the system of corporate education of call center employees were carried out. The research was carried out at the XY publishing house in Prague. Based on the obtained data, a competence model of call center workers was designed and subsequently implemented into the employee education strategy. The investigations carried out show that the XY publishing house uses a systematic model of company education - it provides and enables employees to learn in various areas with regard to a specific profession and its qualification and competence requirements. The bachelor’s thesis aims to propose a personnel strategy for a selected student organization. The first part is devoted to literary research on the topic of non-profit organizations, volunteering, and human resources management. The second part is focused on a specific student organization, its description, analysis of the current situation in the personnel area, and its evaluation, including the results of a questionnaire for members of the organization. The aim of the thesis is to propose a summary of recommendations for streamlining recruitment, improving awareness within the organization, motivation, and rewarding members.
Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on human resources management, employer branding and issues in the field of personnel activities. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, ČSOB bank is introduced and defined, which social networks the bank uses and for what purpose. As part of the interviews with ČSOB representatives, information related to the use of social networks in the recruitment of employees at the bank was found. This was followed by an analysis of the success of the bank's social networks and to what extent the recruitment of new employees is related to the use of social networks. At the same time, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which was prepared on the basis of a study of internal documents and an analysis of the use of social networks for the recruitment of new ČSOB employees. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, there are suggestions for recommendations for individual changes, solutions and innovative procedures based on the information obtained.

The bachelor's thesis deals with human resources management in a transport company from the point of view of human resources management, including its application in business practice. The thesis is divided into two basic parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical area with a focus on defining the basic concepts and methods used in human resources management and a description of personnel work in the company. The second part first provides a brief description of the company in which the findings from the theoretical part were analysed. Furthermore, the methodology of the survey used is described here together with the results of the performed analysis. The aim of the thesis is an overall evaluation of the current situation in the company in the field of human resources and especially the design of tools to improve the level of human resources management.
Human Resource Management Focused on Recruiting and Selecting Employees in a Chosen Sector

This bachelor thesis is specifically focused on laundry companies in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to analyse the current situation in the field of human resources management and personnel activities in a chosen sector and then to set out proposal for improving the existing run of the companies. The analysis of the companies was made via questionnaire survey for personnel staff and labourers. The data obtained from the analysis mainly relate to the recruitment of new employees. According to the results, there was evaluated the state of human resources management in the companies and suggested several solutions to improve the current situation.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize decisive forms of human resources management in the selected company, to analyze them and assess the situation of human resources management and propose appropriate changes and potential measures for improving the stated situation. The theoretical part mainly deals with the human resources issue and describes particular personal activities of employees in the given organization. The analytical part is focused on a research of human resources efficiency in the selected enterprise. Information is obtained, from observation, through an interview with the human resources manager and through questionnaires referning to the employees' satisfaction. Based on the results possible changes are suggested for improving human resource management.
Social Media as a Tool for Employer Branding on University Students

This bachelor thesis is called Social Media as a Tool for Employer Branding on University Students and is mainly related to social media and Employer Branding, as can be seen from the name. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the impact of the use of social networks within Employer Branding among university students and to create an evaluation of individual techniques and methods according to their impact on a group of university students. Other objectives of the bachelor thesis are to analyze the state of social networks, knowledge of the term Employer Branding among university students and to find out the reach of strategies used within Employer Branding by companies through a questionnaire survey. The methodology of this thesis is processed by studying literature with a focus on the latest research and knowledge. In this work, the research sample consists of students of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice and students of the University of Economics in Prague. A quantitative research method, a questionnaire, is used to analyse the impact of employer branding use of social media among university students. The results show that most college students do not know the definition of Employer Branding and use social networks mostly for personal use. Research has shown that the most used social networks among students include Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Respondents most often use social networks for communication with friends, family or as a form of procrastination, only a small majority use social networks to find out information and business.
