Strategic development plan of the ABC Braník football

Title: Strategic development plan of the ABC Braník football Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is to draw up a strategic plan for the future development of the registered association ABC Braník football. Methods: Qualitative semi-structured interviews, document analysis, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, EFE and IFE matrix and TOWS matrix. Results: From the interviews conducted with members of the management and the analysis of documents, the internal factors of ABC Braník were identified. Using PEST analysis, potential external influences on the organization under study were mapped. Subsequently, each section was rated by three respondents to determine the key factors for the final SWOT analysis. This analysis was further augmented with the TOWS matrix to provide a focus for strategic planning. In the final stage of the thesis, specific proposals and timelines were developed to address the specific target areas identified during the analysis. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to create a business plan for the company, which will be usable, bring profit to the company and competitive advantage. My bachelor's thesis consists of three parts. The first part deals with the theory and a summary of the basic terminology. The second part contains an analytical part, where I focus mainly on the analysis of the external and internal environment and the threats and opportunities, as well as the strengths and weaknesses and financial health of the investigated company. A SWOT analysis is further compiled based on these findings. The last part contains suggestions for improving the company's position against the competition and increasing profits. The conclusion of the work is a discussion of individual proposals, costs and expected benefits.

This thesis is focused on the economic analysis of the brewing industry in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the main terminology that characterizes the agrarian sector, the current form of agricultural enterprises, the basic characteristics of the brewing industry, methods of competitiveness analysis and methods of economic analysis. The thesis itself characterizes the development tendencies in the Czech Republic in the brewing industry, where in 2010 the brewing industry started a gradual upward trend in all aspects under study. Furthermore, the competitiveness analysis is elaborated, the conditions acting on the brewery market are defined, and the selected brewery is characterized, for which a SWOT analysis and a financial analysis are compiled. The SWOT analysis pointed out that the company could expand more into the foreign market and reach more customers. The financial analysis clarified that there was mainly a reduction in assets during the period under review, which was due to the reduction of fixed assets. From a financial point of view, the company is performing well and has a good market position.

The bachelor thesis deals with the complex elaboration of a business plan for a newly established company selling products made from coffee grounds. The first thesis part presents a factual compilation of the relevant topic expert knowledge. The analytical part includes analysis of the external and internal company surroundings and primary data analysis. The practical part of the thesis consists of the business plan for a specific company, including a brief business proposal, marketing and financial plan. The project feasibility is assessed and the risks accompanying the project are defined. The plan is feasible and estimated to start generating profit in the second year of his business activity.

Brno: Mendel university, 2023 This bachelor thesis focuses on the theoretical definition of terms related to corporate strategy. This is followed by the identification of the factors that influence a dairy company using PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model and analysis of internal company factors, summarized in a SWOT analysis. The identified factors are used to formulate recommendations to improve the competitiveness of the company.

This bachelor's thesis on the topic "Elaboration of a business plan" is focused on the preparation of a business plan and evaluation of the feasibility of a business plan for the establishment and implementation of a snack stand with refreshments in the premises of the Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies at Mendel University in Brno. The work is divided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, a technical explanation of the terms discussed in the bachelor's thesis is provided. All terms and methods are taken from and based on the literature, which is listed in the bibliography. The practical part focuses on the development and evaluation of the actual business plan, which is based on the 4P marketing mix, SWOT and PEST analyses, and the creation of a detailed financial plan. In the conclusion of this thesis, we focus on the evaluation of the business plan of Bufet VaciMar and assess whether the company is prosperous and has the potential to operate in the long term.

The topic of my bachelor thesis „Bussiness plan for establish a new company“ contatains decription of datailed theorethical and practical steps to bussiness plan elaboration, whose goal is to open a fitness center. The theoretical part provides a professional explanation of the terms, which the bachelor's thesis further discusses. The practical part is focused on the elaboration and evaluation of own business plan, which is based on a PEST and SWOT analysis, a questionnaire survey and the compilation of a detailed financial plan. At the end of the thesis constitutes an evaluation whether the elaboration business plan is feasible in practice or not.

Title: Development strategy of the sports club BK Klatovy Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to propose a system of objectives in time sequence in terms of sports, economic and social areas for the small-town basketball club BK Klatovy, z.s. Methods: In this thesis the qualitative research method has been used. Primarily, documents provided by the club for the purpose of this research were analysed, the next step was to conduct semi-structured interviews with selected club members. Choosen analyses for this thesis are PEST analysis to map the macro-environment and internal resource analysis to map the internal functioning of the club. Results: The analyses carried out showed what the club should focus on. The biggest problem in the club is the lack of experienced coaches and overall poor communication and atmosphere. The club also has deficiencies in promotion and use of innovation in the technological direction. On the other hand, the ownership of the gym, which allows the club to run ancillary economic activities, and the proper use of subsidy programs are advantages. The club has been proposed steps, developed in a time sequence, which, if properly implemented, could help to improve the situation. The focus of the diploma thesis lies in optimizing the marketing mix of the company Nobilis Tilia. The thesis is structured into three main parts. The first part thoroughly examines theoretical foundations in the field of marketing, contributing to a deeper understanding of the given issue. The subsequent section addresses the analysis of the current state of the company within the context of its marketing mix. The final third part of the thesis presents specific proposals for its enhancement, derived from conducted analyses and also from the results of marketing research.
