The bachelor thesis ‘Company’s communication strategy proposal’ deals with the current state analysis of the company STEL Hockey, spol. s r. o., which operates an ice-hockey hall with two ice-rinks, and suggests possible improvements in the new company’s communication strategy. The communicative strategy should contribute to the betterment of the company’s current position on the market, raise company’s income and enhance the customers’ interest in the company.

The bachelor work is focused on the analysis of up to date conditions of Renocar firm, its outside and inside invironment. The teoretical marketing knowledge, mainly from communication sphere are the aim of my bachelor work. The particular analysises are used for Renocar invironment in the practical part of the bachelor work, then the new changes are formed on the basis of discovered informations which should lead to improvement of the firm communication.

Proposal of a new product launching

The subject of this bachelos study called "A new Household Article Market Product Release" is an analysis of releasing a new product line "Titanio Juliette" (Pentolpress Titanio). Elimex Group a.s. is releasing this product to a Czech market and the subject of this study is also a concluded recomendation for the next year. The first part compiles theoretical solutions for a market plan creation. That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, marketing mix of a new product line and also suggested recomendations for the next year.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on promotion of TONDACH Česká republika, Ltd. company on the fairs. It includes informations of different kinds of advertising on the fairs, possibilities and exhibits how efektively turn fairs into a profits. Also which forms are effective and which aren’t. Above all this the bachelor is focused on proposition of the optimal structure of advert on the fairs.

The bachelor thesis analyses implementation of effective e-shopping for customers on internet and application the newest trend to e-commerce system for the company. The object of this business work is new modern e-commerce system which bring comfort to customers and shop owner too. And the product of this work is new system and new advertisement and marketing project to do the company well-known. We will get more customers and more orders in our e-commerce.

This thesis is dealing with recognition of customer’s satisfaction rate of the company. The goal of this thesis was to design such recognition system of the customers satisfaction rate, which would enable the company to follow the current situation and help to improve it. This thesis also contains the suggestions on how to improve the overall customer satisfaction.
