An analysis of the ofensive and defensive activities in set plays

Title: An analysis of the ofensive and defensive activities in set plays Objectives: The main objective of this work is to analyze the implementation of set-plays in the offensive phase of the game matches teams selected for the Champions League 2009/2010. Identification of the key moments leading to successful or unsuccessful completion. Description and graphical representation of the set-plays. Methods: In our work we used as the primary method of obtaining data on the phenomenon of mediated reference, registered observations. It is the indirect observation of DVDs with each team, where we watched our investigation established criteria. The research section has been used both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Quantitative analysis, we obtained data on the frequency of observed phenomena, qualitative analysis shows the critical points and the current developments in implementation of set-plays . Models based on the graphical representation we then facilitate the application of this knowledge in the training practical. Results: The results reveal the ways plays for set-plays were used in the Champions League 2009/2010 in the offensive phase of game and the negotiations in the process of defense. The main goal of this master thesis is to investigate and evaluate the use of Knowledge and Information Management in practise. The thesis summarizes the actual tools and principals of Knowledge and Information Management and does research in specific eight institutions with subsequent evaulation of the results and recommendations. A questionary accompanied by an introduction letter and a dictionary of terms were created for the purpose of the research. -- The thesis starts with theoretical description of information and knowledge management. It continues with practical part describing three corporate environments. The main part of the thesis is a research performed by a questionary. -- The questionary comprises of three parts. The first part characterises the questioned subjects and their work environment. The second part focuses on the use of tools and practises for working with data, information and knowledge. The goal of the submited thesis "Transformation of the Czech samizdat periodicals after 1989" is to analyze the changes, that the originally samizdat periodicals went through in the conditions of the free- market society, which was formed after 1989 in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. The first (theoretical) part focuses on the general description of the media transformation in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the situation in which the Czech samizdat periodicals have found themselves at the beginning of this process. TITLE: Possibilities and limitations of using activating methods in contemporary school SUMMARY: This diploma thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical and the practical one. The theoretical part is a literary overview of given problems. Firstly, the changes which have occurred in educational trends are briefly described. Further, the trends which are liable to contemporary school are mentioned followed by the summary of educational methods. Special attention is given to activating methods. In the practical part, individual methods are described in view of the subjects which go with the given activities. Last but not least the stress is put on the description of possibilities and limitations in using these methods in contemporary school. The main goal, of this work on the topic The real estate development in The Czech Republic in association with the global economic crisis, is to find out the essential determinants, which can influence the real estate market. In last period we are witness of discussion on the topic price bubble. This bubble should have been to see in date until 2008. In my work I will try to analyze, if it is true or not. The essential output of my work is analysis of relationship of real estate's price development in relation to whole economy. Because of economic crisis is better view of whole analysis.

Using microformats in internet magazine development

The aim of this work is to provide a look in a problem of semantics on the web, to implement the chosen semantic components (microformats and HTML 5) to the new version of internet magazine mobilenet.cz development and to make a research of microformats utilization by the competitive magazines and open source content management systems. This work shows the practical view in the microformats implementation into the system of the internet magazine, describes the implementation problems as well as their solutions. It also shows a review of real world usages and benefits, which these technologies provides. The utilization research also brings a look in the actual situation and the way of utilization on the Czech internet and provides valuable perspective of possible competitive advantages for the magazine too. It is also researched which solutions provide the open source content management systems. The work is divided into four chapters. First theoretic chapter deals with the semantics on the web, concretely with the microformats and HTML 5, followed by the basic description of the magazine's development and semantic components' implementation in chapter three. The last chapter is finally dedicated to the research itself.

The history and prospectives of development of the Municipal Library of Klatovy

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popsání historie, současného stavu a perspektiv rozvoje Městské knihovny v Klatovech. Důraz je kladen na praktický popis současného stavu a na návrh směru, kterým by se knihovna mohla v budoucnu ubírat. První část práce se věnuje historii knihovny od jejího založení v roce 1860, zabývá se jejím rozvojem i stagnací v době totalitních režimů. Zmiňuje se o významných osobnostech, které se zasadily o to, že se knihovna stala známou, důstojnou a profesionální institucí. Druhá část práce popisuje současný stav jednotlivých oddělení knihovny. Vychází především z praktických poznatků a snaží se přesně a podrobně vystihnout, jak probíhá denní praxe na jednotlivých odděleních. Detailněji se také zaměřuje na vybrané knihovnické a informační služby. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na budoucnost knihovny, na to, jakým směrem by se mohla ubírat. Je zde naznačeno, v jaké oblasti si knihovna vede dobře, a kde autorka spatřuje určité nedostatky. Jejich odstranění by umožnilo knihovně otevřít se ještě více svým uživatelům.

The issue of tyrannized, abused and neglected children in the Czech Republik (CAN syndrome)

The bakchelorś degree thesis deals with todayś pressing matter of CAN syndrome. The theoretical part of the work contains a description of the term CAN, its history, definitions, content specification, the history of the legal protection of children, the characteristics of individual forms, risk factors, the causes and consequences of physical tyranny, abuse and neglect, the prevention of these phenomena and the social - legal protection of children. The 96 work also adresses the therapy and help provided to victims at specialized facilities. The aim of bachelorś degree thesis is to map the extent to which the general public is informed about this problem, the risk factors, intervention and knowledge of crisis centres and specialized facilities. The work also aims to determine which forms of punishment are applied by parents today in comparison with the forms of punishment they were subjected to by their own parents. The thesis examines whether CAN syndrome is a symptom of the modern world or whether it was actually present in earlier times.

Girls' language in Czech girls' magazines

This study deals with language and ideology in girls' magazines BravoGIRL!, COSMOgirl!, Dívka (Girl) and Top dívky (Top Girls). It describes the position ofthese three monthlies and one semi-monthly on the Czech media market and then it focuses at the content and specific genres ofthese magazines (namely, photostories). The linguistic analysis ofthe used language and style follows; the expressivity and emotionality of the so called genderlect and especially of the girls' speech (and a speech meant for girls) and the tendenci es towards enriching the lexicon of these magazines with anglicisms, neologisms, occasionalisms and slang are exemplified. It is also explained why intertextuality becomes so rare in the texts. In addition, I offer results of a questionnaire (50 enquirees), which uses both qualitative and quantitative (evaluated by the SPSS software) methods. It reveals how much the girls, potential inforrnants of the media messages, perceive the language of those magazines which is made to be and pretends to be their own sociolect. The ability to understand the text is questioned here, and so are the acceptation of profane language and so-called smileys, interest in topics offered and subjective evaluating of the gir1s' magazines with both rejecting and supporting the reasons for reading them.
