The Implications and Impacts of Introducing an EMS in Big Industrial Enterprises

The teoretic part of the document is about sustainable development, its reasons and history, about instruments of measuration and achievement. Next there is described the Environmental Management System, its extensiveness, requirements, benefits for company and the standards of EMS. In the document are described the differences between certification according to ISO 14000 or EMAS. Costs according to the etaps and posibility to financial subventions are analyzed in this document too. The next part is research-based tail, based on list of question to Czech companies, in which EMS is implemented. The research was pointed to prove the declared benefits for companies, experiences with EMS and general attitude of companies to this issue. In the end of the document there are comments, results of research and knowledge, which was observed during the research.

Drugs experience of under age mothers located in inpatient treatment

In the theoretical part of my Bachelor's Degree thesis "The Experience with Drugs of Underage Mothers Placed in Institutional Care" I focus on issues connected with this topic. I address the issue of drug addiction as a problem of both the individual and that of society; forms and types of drug addiction and factors influencing the origin of such addiction. Among other issues I deal with is the adolescence period from the point of view of the way in which psychosocial relations are managed. I mention Erikson's theory of psychosocial development and psychosocial conflicts of this period too. In the next part I focus on institutional care of underage mothers and their stay in institutions. Related to this issue there is pregnancy and motherhood of underage girls and accompanying challenges not only for them but for the whole family too. I also mention possible risks and health hazards and causes and consequences of early motherhood. In the conclusion of the theoretical section I focus on drug addiction in relation to underage mothers and the impact of drugs on pregnancy and development of the embryo including the withdrawal symptoms of newborn babies. International labor migration in the Czech Republic after the EU accession

The objective of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate situation on the Czech labor market in relation with international labor migration in the Czech Republic after the EU accession. The situation on the Czech labor market is demonstrated on the data of the Statistical Office, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic and other institutions engaged in this issue. Closer analyze of this issue leads to the conclusion that the Czech labor market, as well as other foreign labor markets, is affected by the emigration of qualified labor. It is then necessary to make up this deficit of labor by immigration of qualified labor from abroad. This immigration of labor is essential for positive oncoming population demographic development too. That is the reason why it is necessary for the Czech Republic to actively use and work on further improvement of active migration politics. That is an area where the Czech Republic has already accounted various accomplishments. However it remains to be a key area on which the Czech Republic should remain focused and in which should constantly improve.

The lending of the audio and the audiovizual documents in the member states of EU and in the Czech Republic

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza situace v oblasti autorského práva a půjčování zvukových a audiovizuálních dokumentů v členských zemích Evropské unie a v České republice. Předkládá postupy řešení této problematiky v mezinárodních právních normách a dokumentech a v legislativních dokumentech Evropské unie, které jsou pro jednotlivé členské státy závazné. Práce se snaží zhodnotit přístupy jednotlivých členských států k této problematice především z hlediska uplatnění legislativy Evropské unie v národních legislativních normách. Popisuje situaci, která nastala v České republice v 90. letech 20. století a její řešení a obdobnou situaci na začátku nového tisíciletí. Porovnává řešení této problematiky v jednotlivých členských státech se situací, která nastala v České republice po schválení nového autorského zákona.

Acquaintanceship of the catholics with the problem of assisted reproduction

How informed are Catholics about assisted reproduction Infertility is on the increase and alongside this problem thre has been a growth in the number of clinics offering assisted reproduction mainly in the developed world. More and more people who are unable to give birth naturally are deciding on artificial insemination. The goal of this thesis was to find out the standing of the Catholic people with regards to this phenomenon, how much they are aware of it, what is the source of their knowledge and how much they agree with the church's teaching. The first part introduces the techniques of reproductive medicine and, in particular, their negative circumstances. The following part describes the research whose focus was groups of Catholics in Prague, outside Prague and also students at theological colleges. Conditions of education in Czech for foreigners and the communicative competence of Vietnamese children in Czech

Následující práce je sondou do světa cizincfi žijících na území České republiky, a to především z hlediska jej ich potýkání se s češtinou jako jazykem hostitelské země. Ukazujeme také postoj České republiky a jejích institucí (především škol a školských zařízení) k výuce češtiny jako cizího jazyka. Vzhledem ke vstupu naší země do Evropské unie lze předpokládat, že se počet cizinců přicházejících do Česka (ať už za prací, za vzděláním či z jiných dfivodfi) bude zvyšovat ještě rychleji než doposud. A s tímto fenoménem přichází také poptávka po výuce jazyka hostitelské země, tedy po výuce češtiny. Výuka češtiny však není pouze záležitostí jazykových škol, jak by se laikovi mohlo na první pohled zdát. Zasahuje do ní i legislativa, která upravuje možnosti cizinců získat alespoň elementární výuku češtiny ve státem garantovaných a finančně podporovaných kurzech. Česká legislativa však v této oblasti vychází spíše z tradičních postupů nežli z aktuální situace. Ve všech typech škol či kurzů nabízejících výuku češtiny by v ideálním případě měli vyučovat pedagogové, jejichž vzdělávání bylo na výuku češtiny jako cizího jazyka zaměřeno. V tomto směru se však české vysoké školství značně opozdilo za společenskou potřebou/poptávkou a obory zaměřené na didaktiku češtiny jako cizího jazyka jsou většinou teprve ve fázi...

Edvard Benes's concept of socializing (humane) democracy

The bachelor thesis focuses on the theoretic concept of socializing (humane) democracy made up by chairman Edvard Beneš in London during the Second World War. I want to analyse and explain this concept in the first part of the thesis. The other parts of the thesis concentrate on particular themes which was influenced by Benes's activity and concide with the time of creation of the concept. The particular themes are Benes's relationship to Soviet Union, expulsion of Germans from Czechoslovakia and negotiations about first government after the second world war. Both theoretic and practical view are considered. The main task of the bachelor thesis is to give answer, whether the concept was purposeful and whether the realization of this concept was possible.

Emotional violence against children

The topic of his thesis emotional violence against children, I chose Through his interest in this issue. In the practice scout leader, I had the opportunity to meet and work with a child who has suffered emotional violence as part of their divorce parents. It left a deep impression. Working with this child was uneasy, had problems to fit into a peer group, make new friends, had a significant tendency to seek solitude, was very sensitive and at school should merit problems. I'll never forget how I was talking to him about his problems. Parental divorce took place very rapidly, parents, each other accused and their mutual conflicts was overcast and their child. Later was forced to leave his father, grandparents of his party and all his friends and friends and move with her mother and her new boyfriend on the other end Republic. On top of that you still mother found a new partner with whom the child coming into the everyday conflicts and soon he was born sibling. It felt that the marginalized and unloved. My father also found time for a new partner, gave birth to their child, and no longer associate with him completely. With my experience, I had the opportunity to verify that the emotional violence the child leaves deep psychological clues. I decided, therefore, to pursue this issue further.
